About this property

Single storey villa is in the hamlet of 'l'Anse à l'Ane' facing Fort-de-France.

It is located 300 meters from the beach from which a sea shuttle leaves, which allows you to reach the center of Fort-De-France in a few minutes.

The center of the hamlet which has restaurants and convenience store.

The villa is on a fenced and flowered plot, in a private cul-de-sac, it opens onto a large covered terrace with lounge table and armchair, a dining table and hammock for relaxing.

The kitchen has a pirate which overlooks the terrace is fully equipped (induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blinder, as well as a washing machine in the back kitchen ).

Each of the 3 bedrooms has its private bathroom with walk-in shower.

Nous avons passe 13 jours dans la maison d'Alain et Solange Nous sommes plus que ravis. La maison est tres bien équipée, la plage est a 5min a pied et la boulangerie aussi. La terrasse est TRES AGRÉABLE, et la vue top Rien a redire Je recommande a 100% Nous sommes tristes de quitter l'île...

maison fonctionnelle et bien située

Belle maison dans un quartier calme à 5 minutes à pied de la plage et de quelques petits commerces de proximité. C’était notre camp de base pour visiter le sud de l’île. Bonne communication avec les propriétaires et la gérante. Nous avons beaucoup aimé ce séjour et recommandons cette maison.

Maison spacieuse et très bien équipée

Superbe accueil d'Anne Marie qui était en charge de la location de la maison, grande terrasse et 3 chambres spacieuses avec douche et wc. Tout le confort pour les vacances, 5 mn à pied de la plage et des restaurant s.bien placé, excellent choix.
