Perfecte vakantie op een mooie plek.

Prive zwembad. Wel buren maar het gevoel dat je exclusief bent. Mooie omgeving met veel wijn chateaus die het bezoeken waard zijn. Wekelijkse markt in Lorgues echt een aanrader. Jammer dat er maar voor 1 dag toilet papier en vuilniszakken aanwezig was en dat wij dit zelf moesten kopen. Mijn verwachting is dat dit, gezien de prijs, ruimschoots aanwezig zou zijn en dat wij dit niet zelf zouden hoeven te kopen. Wij hadden geboekt voor 6 personen en slechts 3 van de 4 slaapkamers waren voorzien van beddengoed (één kamer dus niet). Door de samenstelling van ons gezelschap was er wel degelijk behoefte aan 4 kamers met eigen beddengoed en een van ons heeft dus zijn eigen beddengoed (hoeslaken en lakens) moeten kopen. Wij hadden de behoefte aan schaduw plekjes en het terrein biedt voldoende mogelijkheden met, bijvoorbeeld, de boom aan de zijde van de keuken/terras, maar hier is helaas niks ingericht.

Wat fijn om te horen dat u heeft genoten van het privégevoel, het zwembad en de prachtige omgeving van L’Étoile des Bois — en bedankt voor uw mooie tip over de markt in Lorgues! Uw opmerkingen over de voorzieningen bij aankomst (toiletpapier, vuilniszakken), het ontbreken van beddengoed op één van de slaapkamers en het gemis aan ingerichte schaduwplekjes nemen we zeer serieus. We zijn het met u eens: gezien het serviceniveau dat wij willen bieden, mogen gasten dit niet zelf hoeven oplossen. We hebben inmiddels besloten om voortaan alle bedden standaard op te maken, ongeacht het aantal opgegeven gasten, zodat iedereen optimaal comfort ervaart. Ook zullen we zorgen voor een basisvoorraad toiletartikelen en kijken we naar betere inrichting van schaduwplekken in de tuin.
