Gorgeous Polpis home, amazing location, brand new pool and hot tub

Gorgeous home located in Polpis, less than 2 miles to town with easy access via the bike path. Recently renovated 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home with open concept living and large eat in kitchen sleeps 8 comfortably. Beautiful grounds with stunning pool and hot tub, plus a piped in gas fire pit, which allows for instant smores and cocktail parties al fresco. Large front deck with grill has amazing views, while huge backyard is completely surrounded by lush landscaping and complete privacy. Pets ok with approval and extra security deposit. I do not rent the property for less then 7 nights

We were short notice renters and concerned that as August was the busiest month on Nantucket all that would be left in the rental pool would be either rundown and worn out property or property that was overpriced. Before our actual occupancy we had resigned ourselves to the overpriced segment but upon arrival we were delighted with what we found. The house was in excellent condition and incredibly clean. Overly equipped, there was nothing to want for from kitchen ware to multiples of towels and the pool was a "10". The few questions I had were promptly answered by text from the owner and the total experience was wonderful.
