INSIDE: The large glass door opens onto a bright living-kitchen area, enhanced by a window that frames a splendid view of the Iblean countryside. In the kitchen, there is a double sofa bed facing the flat-screen TV. The comfortable bedroom, with a memory foam mattress and pillows, ensures a restful night’s sleep. The presence of a second bedroom with two single beds makes the apartment an ideal choice for families with children. The bathroom with shower is equipped with a washing machine.

OUTSIDE: The large glass door in the kitchen opens onto the charming terrace overlooking the countryside, the perfect spot for relaxing and more. The outdoor wooden furniture—table and chairs—provides a wonderful place to relax.

LA VILLA SEA SKY
Villa Sea Sky consists of 5 independent residential units. It is located at Viale Orsa Maggiore No. 25, in Pozzallo’s new residential area; it is 100 metres from the sea (first beach access point) and the beach is reached via an underpass.
This elegant villa, with its characteristic Mediterranean colours, offers guests a refined and exclusive setting for an unforgettable wellness-focused holiday.
Nestled among the dry-stone walls of the Modica countryside is the relaxation area, featuring a sun deck with a pool.
The individual apartments, designed specifically for summer stays, feature a private outdoor area equipped with a dining area and a relaxation corner. All rooms are air-conditioned and have Wi-Fi coverage.

THE BEACH
I Scivolo Beach, just a 2- to 3-minute walk from the property, is renowned for its fine sand and enchanting forest. The western part of the beach is graced by the “Pietre Nere” cliff, while to the east, the “Pietra Spaccata” offers a natural spot for intimate moments of wellness (clay mud treatments).
The sea, awarded the Blue Flag, is characterised by shallow waters that slope gently for the first 20–30 metres from the shoreline, making it ideal for families with children. Thanks to these characteristics, this beach is one of the few child-friendly Sicilian beach resorts to have also been awarded the Green Flag, synonymous with Safety, Comfort, and Health.
The long, uncrowded sandy beach offers a fairytale setting for jogging enthusiasts. Additionally, for guests who wish to take advantage of it, the fully equipped “Chalet Primo Scivolo” beach club offers a wide range of services.

POZZALLO
Pozzallo is the favourite destination for families seeking relaxation and pristine seas. In fact, this small village in the province of Ragusa in southeastern Sicily is a very welcoming town rich in traditions. Strategically located between the provinces of Ragusa and Syracuse, Pozzallo offers easy access to various points of interest. Just a 5-minute walk from the sea and the boardwalk, Casa Sestante allows you to perfectly combine a beach holiday with cultural exploration in the fantastic locations of the Val di Noto.
A short drive is all it takes to visit the famous “Montalbano Locations,” which served as the backdrop for Italy’s most beloved TV series: Punta Secca, Scicli, Sampieri, Donnalucata, Modica, and Ragusa.
