Luxury villa La Perla is a newly built villa located in a small tourist town Bibinje, only 150 m from the local beach. The villa consists of 4 modern apartments with a shared pool on the roof of the house, and a terrace with beautiful seaview. The pool is heated, making this villa an ideal choice all year round. Apartment A1 is 56 m2 and is located on the ground floor of the villa. The apartment is fully equipped and consists of 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bathroom with shower. With a sofa bed in the living room, it is suitable for a group of 4 people. All furniture and appliances are of the high quality.
