It is totally forbidden to make noise or disturb the neighbors after midnight. Failure to comply with this rule may result in the loss of the security deposit in order to cover possible penalties imposed by the police. Any complaint from the neighbors may be grounds for expulsion from the home. Queda totalmente prohibido hacer ruido o molestar a los vecinos a partir de las 00h. El incumplimiento de esta norma podrá acarrear la pérdida del depósito de seguridad con el fin de cubrir posibles sanciones impuestas por la policía. Cualquier queja de los vecinos podrá ser motivo de expulsión de la vivienda.
Es obligatorio dejar un depósito de 1.000€ a la llegada. Con tarjeta de crédito. Es solo un bloqueo.

Perfekt für Menschen die gerne Party machen

Wir haben einen Geburtstagsausflug gemacht wo wir hauptsächlich am abend beim ballermann waren ! Fluglärm war extrem ! Man konnte sich kaum unterhalten ! Pool war sauber und es wurde täglich gereinigt ! Der Garten mit Griller augestattet war auch sehr nützlich für uns . Im Großen und Ganzen ein gutes Ferienhaus für Partytiger ! Guter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter per Whats app . Danke

Vår upplevelse

AC fungerade inte på översta våningen. Det gick absolut inte att bo där, vilket resulterade i att vi var tvungen att sova trångt på madrasser på golvet. Den översta våningen gick inte att vara på under hela veckan. Värden pratade inte något annat språk än spanska, vilket blir svårt med kommunikationen för turister Sista kvällen sprang det en råtta i köket. Vi kontaktade värden om detta, och fick svaret ”det här är inte ett hotell”. Vi fick extremt dåligt bemötande, uppenbarligen så visste han om att de var ett problem, då det fanns råttfällor i köksluckorna. Det största problemet av alla. Mellan fram- och baksidan finns det en jacuzzi i det inhängande området. De som hyr huset har inte tillgång till den, men det har andra människor. Flera kvällar var det främmande människor som badade i jacuzzin och var högljudda under hela nätterna. Samt att dem var i källaren på huset. Huset var dåligt städat när vi checkade in och vi hade kackerlackor och myror i huset, massa myror överallt! Utöver det så var de en del oljud av flygen men de hade vi förberett oss på! Jag skulle inte rekommendera detta boende till någon! Huset ligger bra till och vi hade nära till flera stränder och affärer! Fungerar bra till en större grupp av vänner!

Beeinträchtigungen

Die Lage zum Flughafen ist sehr kurz. Startende Flugzeuge sind laut und nah zu beobachten und stört die Kommunikation in der Gruppe. Der Safe und der Fernseher sind durch Manipulationen vorheriger Nutzer nicht funktionsfähig. Der Eigentümer ändert aber auch nichts daran.

Finca war sauber und das ein- und aus checken hat super geklappt. Ein bis zwei Verbesserungen wären möglich. Aber sonst war es ein toller Urlaub. Also immer wieder gerne.

Ok mit diversen Mängeln

Leider war zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt niemand bei der Schlüsselübergabe. Wir mussten über zwei Stunden in der Hitze warten bis jemand kam. Insgesamt war das Objekt ok mit vielen kleinen unnötigen Mängeln. Kaffeemaschine defekt, keine TV Fernbedienung, wackelige Toiletten, etc. Die Lage direkt am Flughafen war uns vorab bekannt, jedoch doch sehr nerviger Fluglärm tagsüber und auch Nachts. Insgesamt war es OK, aber für den Preis waren wir doch etwas enttäuscht und hätten etwas mehr erwartet insgesamt.

Gut erhaltene Finca mit einem Pool, Tischtennisplatte und genügend Sonnenplätzen.

Top Service vor Ort. Alles hat super geklappt. Wir waren hier mit einem JGA unterwegs (11Pers.). Alles hat gepasst, Supermarkt in der Nähe, Restaurants und Bars. Kurzer Weg zum Flughafen.
