Modern aber sehr günstig ausgestattet

Das Haus bzw. Die Wohnungen sind noch recht neu, allerdings sehr spartanisch ausgestattet. Billigste Möbel, alles knarzt und quietscht. Unter dem Bett war schon eine Verstrebung lose. Es gibt kaum Steckdosen in der ganzen Wohnung. Die Wände sind sehr dünn und hellhörig. Ich habe den Bewohner ein Geschoss höher schnarchen hören obwohl alle Fenster geschlossen waren. Es gibt keine Vorhänge an den Fenstern, nur Plissees, die es aber leider gar nicht abdunkeln, sodass ein Baby keinen richtigen Mittagsschlaf halten kann. Leider war es auch nicht richtig sauber, der Boden war nicht gewischt. Das Baby war komplett dreckig nachdem es gekrabbelt ist. Echt schade für so einen Preis! Der Ausblick direkt auf den Hafen ist ein Traum, die Sonne geht direkt vor der Türe unter. Auch die Parkplätze vor der Türe und die Restaurant in unmittelbarer Nähe sind praktisch. Für den Preis und das Alter der Immobilie hätten wir leider mehr erwartet.
