Beautiful 4 Bedroom, 2 bathroom duplex in Key Colony Beach. Key Colony Beach is a small, friendly, walkable island with easy access to local restaurants, Cabana Club and Sunset Park. This 4 bedroom, 2 bath home is fully equipped, modern and comfortable.

*Both sides of this duplex home are available to rent together (P72 & P73). As an 8 bedroom, 4 bathroom, 2 kitchen home; guests can spread out, enjoy a little extra privacy and still take advantage of the full range of amenities this home and surrounding area offers.

- Maximum Occupancy: 8 guest (includes adults and children of any age)
(*children of any age, including infants, count toward occupancy)
- No day guests or visitors allowed above the max advertised occupancy.
- Parking: 3 vehicle max or 2 cars and 1 trailer
- Trailer Parking: 1 single axle trailer only. Double or Triple axle trailers must be stored off site at the City of KCB 8th Street lot.
- Deep Water Dock: 37.5 ft. (*strict 1 boat max.)

We have a strict 90-day cancellation policy. There are no cancellations, switching of homes or changing of dates within 90 days of the arrival date. The following fees are nonrefundable for reservations cancelled within 90 days of arrival: security deposit, reservation fee, processing fee, and any partial rental payments.

All funds collected are nonrefundable for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

The guest named on the rental agreement is the only one who may cancel the reservation.

My wife, 2 kids 9 and 10.We had a great stay, decent walk to cabana club pool and a few local restaurants, sunset beach close walk and a cool spot. Aquarium was a nice spot for a rainy day, kids loves it. Manatee in the canal behind the house, saw nurse shark and eel. Highly recommend and would return

Great duplex to relax and chill with friends and family. Clean, fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, & plenty of room for everyone. We had 8 in our group - 4 adults, 4 kids everyone had a great time. The only downfall was the large grouper heads that would get stuck under the dock-stinky!

Clean and charming house, perfect for two families. Maybe they have to uppgrade the kitchen cookware a bit, we lacked sharpe knives and there was to much of everything with poor quality. It's necessary to inventory, replace and supplement the kitchen cookware.

The house was great nice layout and great backyard and dock. The bedrooms were good sized and the home had most everything we needed. Having said that I hope they buy a real TV! the old box set in the living room is not acceptable. Overall great house and location.
