Beautiful 4 Bedroom, 2 bathroom duplex in Key Colony Beach. Key Colony Beach is a small, friendly, walkable island with easy access to local restaurants, Cabana Club and Sunset Park. This 4 bedroom, 2 bath home is fully equipped, modern and comfortable.

*Both sides of this duplex home are available to rent together (P72 & P73). As an 8 bedroom, 4 bathroom, 2 kitchen home; guests can spread out, enjoy a little extra privacy and still take advantage of the full range of amenities this home and surrounding area offers.

- Maximum Occupancy: 8 guest (includes adults and children of any age)
(*children of any age, including infants, count toward occupancy)
- No day guests or visitors allowed above the max advertised occupancy.
- Parking: 2 vehicle max
- Trailer Parking: 1 single axle trailer only. Double or Triple axle trailers must be stored off site at the City of KCB 8th Street lot.

Cancellation Policy ~ All cancellations are subject to a $250 cancellation fee.
We have a strict 90-day cancellation policy. There are no cancellations, switching of homes or changing of dates within 90 days of the arrival date. The following fees are nonrefundable for reservations cancelled within 90 days of arrival: security deposit, reservation fee, processing fee, and any partial rental payments.

All funds collected are nonrefundable for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

The guest named on the rental agreement is the only one who may cancel the reservation.

Great property, beautiful location overall. Overall the cleaning station could be updated, and docking could be better. On a low tide its quite a step down onto the boat from the sewall.

Family vacation

The property was just as listed. Very clean and nicely decorated. We called for beach towels and they provided them the same day. Would’ve loved to have had a few beach chairs and small cooler to take to sombrero beach but overall we loved the property and would definitely stay here again.

LOVELY PLACE

The house is great and tastefully decorated. It has all the amenities. It offers a lot of space to feel comfortable. The small problem we had in the bathroom was solved quickly, although the person in charge on the phone did not seem competent and asked extensively for all kinds of numbers (booking, name, phone, and many more).

We had four adults and three children.(9,12, and 14) The pictures didn't show how many stairs there were accurately. The master bedroom on the third floor was a surprise. There were some areas that could have been cleaned better. One of the beds in the third floor bedroom had a broken headboard. The refrigerator was missing shelves and a drawer. The outdoor spaces were great. we loved the back porch on the second level.

In the future, please let us know of any maintenance issues right away, as we have a full-time maintenance staff available to address maintenance. The bed you mentioned has since been repaired. We absolutely love Key Colony, sunsets at Sunset Park are just perfect. Distance to the beach and shops is perfect. Amazing place to recharge batteries.

Quiet and beautiful backyard with canal views

There were 6 adults in our travel party and we all agreed that this was adequate but not a luxury stay. Pros: great location, great views, canal marine life, enough bedrooms, quiet neighborhood with great pool/beach and park. Cons: 1 of 2 baths was inside the master bedroom which wasn't great for a group of friends; knives in the kitchen were in terrible shape and falling apart; no broom and small vaccuum wouldn't charge and the other wasn't great, hall bath didn't have any shampoo/conditioner etc. Listing didn't say there were hair dryers but glad there were because i forgot mine. All agreed that we had a lovely stay.

Time to renew your spirit

My family enjoy our two weeks in the Florida Keyes at this beautiful home. The house was clean, cool, and peaceful. The neighborhood was quiet and our family had so much room to spread out. We used the cabana club for afternoon swims and biked the neighborhood for exercise. The kitchen was well equipped but I did purchased a new frying pan because the ones provided were old. The linens were provided which made packing easy. Most of the beds were comfortable and the a/c functioned well. The outside deck and patio area was clean and afternoon breezes kept it quite cool. I would recommend this home for a family vacation.
