This gorgeous holiday villa, which is composed of a three-storey building and a smaller house, features all the amenities to make your holidays the best possible. Located only 500 metres from the Lagoon of Fuente de Piedra, famous for its flocks of flamingos, the house is provided with all comforts and views of the lagoon.

The spacious main building’s ground floor is characterised by a light-filled dining-living room with fireplace opening onto two different lounge areas, provided with comfortable armchairs to let you have a relaxing siesta. Next to the living area, there also is a fully-equipped independent kitchen. On the building’s first floor, there are three bedrooms. One is equipped with a double bed, a fireplace and access to the terrace; another bedroom features a double bed, and the third one is provided with one double bed and a single bed. The villa’s last bedroom is on the second (and last) floor, which also creates a peculiar “tower”. This bedroom is furnished with a double bed and provided with access to a private terrace. Two bathrooms are available for the guests in this villa, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.

Facing the main building, on the other side of the patio, you will find a smaller house, whose double height ceilings allow for a mezzanine with two twin beds to be located here. The main floor welcomes a dining-living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped independent kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower. The wide windows of this house let the light flood in.

The living rooms are provided with warm/cool air-con, as well as the bedroom on the top floor of the main villa. The other bedrooms are equipped with portable electric radiators and ceiling fans.

The outdoor area, which meanly develops between the two buildings, is completely fenced and features several areas where you can relax, sunbathe and enjoy the sunshine with your family and friends. A splendid private pool and the poolside sun loungers are an ideal option to spend the long summer afternoons. The shadowed areas with outdoor dining tables let you taste and delight yourself with delicatessen, whereas the jumping net will be your children’s favourite time-killing activity.

Because the villa is located in the town centre, the path leading to it is completely paved.
