Great house, great hosts and wonderful garden

This was a perfect place for our holidays with two young kids who enjoyed the huge garden with lots of space to play. Simona and Walter were very friendly hosts and made us feel very welcome. We even got a big box with homegrown vegetables. Thank you so much again! We would definitely recommend this place and hope to visit again.

Posto da sogno e relax

Appartamenti confortevoli ed indipendenti. Immerso nel verde e nel silenzio, a pochi minuti dalle più belle spiagge del Sulcis. Il tutto gestito dagli ottimi e gentili padroni di casa Simona e Walter. Siamo stati davvero bene. Consigliatissimo

Superschönes Bauernhof-perfekt zum Entspannen

Das Objekt entspricht absolut den Bildern. Einfach zum Wohlfühlen! Die Vermieter sind ebenfalls sehr nett und kümmern sich liebevoll um Haus und Garten und geben tolle Tipps für einen schönen Aufenthalt. Absolut zu empfehlen!

Ich kann mich den Positiven Bewertungen nur anschließen. Wir hatten die große Wohnung mit Terrasse und Balkon, riesigem Wohn-Essbereich, Schlafzimmer und Bad. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Garten ist wirklich so schön und groß wie auf den Bildern. Walter versorgte uns den ganzen Urlaub über mit frischem Gemüse aus dem Garten. Vielen Dank dafür . Simona und Walter sind sehr Freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Einen Abend haben Sie für alle gekocht, Sardische Küche, Toll. Wenn die Reise einen in diesen Teil von Sardinien verschlägt ist die Unterkunft sehr zu Empfehlen. Liebe Grüße von Timon, Andrea und Thomas

Sehr schönes, idyllisches Landhaus

Die Unterkunft ist toll, vorallem mir Kindern! Der Garten ist riesig, mit Fußballfeld, Schaukel, Sand zum Spielen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Simona und Walter sind supernette, hilfsbereite Gastgeber!!!! Die Distanz zu wirklich tollen Stränden ist etwas größer als gedacht. Sehr zu empfehlen: Cala Domestica! Insgesamt eine prima Unterkunft!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit ganz tollen und freundlichen Vermietern. Mehr Freundlichkeit geht nicht. Der Empfang war ganz herzlich. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht. Einen riesigen Garten mit Grill und vielen Spielmöglichkeiten für die Kinder. Von Simona und Walter würden wir mit frischen Gemüse versorgt. Wunderschöne Strände in 20 Autominuten erreichbar. Ebenso Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Danke Simona und Walter 👍😀. Ich würde euch 10 Sterne geben. Beautiful holiday home with great and friendly landlords. More friendliness is not possible. The reception was very warm. The house offers everything you need. A huge garden with grill and many play possibilities for the children. Casa padronale curatissima

I proprietari Walter e Simona gestiscono con grande cura e passione questa grande casa padronale divisa in appartamenti, tutti con ingressi indipendenti e perfettamente arredatti e pulitissimi. La loro presenza è costante ma non invadente, spesso lasciano agli ospiti graditi e gustosissimi regali dall'orto e sono sempre disponibili per dare informazioni o suggerimenti. Il giardino sul quale si affaccia la casa è davvero magnifico. Curato nei minimi dettagli. Domus Antiga è un luogo ideale per riposare, visitare la regione ricca di storia, di paesaggi vari e ovviamente magnifiche spiagge. Ogni giorno una meta diversa. Comodissima la posizione vicina a centri importanti e luoghi rinomati ma comunque immersi nella campagna. Ideale per famiglie con bambini, ma non solo! Torneremo senz'altro.

Tolles Ambiente mit viel Platz für Entspannung!

Die Tage hier waren ganz wundervoll. Die Kinder (8 u. 6 Jahre alt) konnten im Garten Fußball spielen und wir auf der Terasse die Ruhe genießen. Tolle Strände sind in 15-20 Minuten zu erreichen, die Insel St‘ Antioco in ca. 10 Minuten. Simona und Walter sind tolle Gastgeber und es gab einen tollen Willkommensgruss aus dem eigenen Gemüsegarten. Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen. Mille Grazie!

Accogliente e rilassante

L'appartamento si è rivelato superiore alle aspettative: spazioso, ristrutturato magnificamente, arredato con gusto. Il contesto è molto tranquillo, isolato dai rumori, arieggiato e molto curato. I proprietari, Simona e Walter, sono molto gentili e disponibili, hanno saputo consigliarci sui posti da visitare e non sono stati per nulla invadenti. La casa è a qualche chilometro dal mare ma è perfetta per chi vuole rilassarsi la sera, magari cucinando sul fuoco del grande camino, con tutto lo spazio per i bambini che possono correre e svagarsi in sicurezza. Torneremo.

Ebenerdig unter dem schützenden Dach sitzen mit Blick auf die Olivenbäume und den sehr großen Garten und die Ruhe genießen. Eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberfamilie, die auch französisch spricht und ein wenig englisch.

Gräumige großzügige Ferienwohnung

Unser Urlaub auf Sadinien ist uns in bester, bleibender Erinnerung. Die rustikale und bäuerliche Ferienwohnung bietet alles, was man zum selbstständigen Leben braucht mit großen Räumlichkeiten und viel Platz auf der Terrasse und im Garten. Die Siedlung liegt etwas abgelegen vom Ort, aber man kann "um die Ecke" im Hofladen oder im Supermarkt alles einkaufen und ist dennoch auch schnell auf allen Verbindungsstraßen nach N/S/W . Bei netten und fürsorglichen Vermietern, die sich aber auch zurückhalten, wenn man den Kontakt nicht wünscht, hat man eine entspannte und absolut unkomplizierte Zeit in Haus und Garten. Für Familien mit Kindern sehr zu empfehlen! Wir (Ehepaar) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Mai ist auf Sardinien noch keine Saison für ausländische Touristen, dafür aber nicht so heiß (20-24°) Wir waren über fast leere Strände und Wanderwege überrascht und erfreut, weil das Wetter im Mai einfach toll und das Land ist grün ist und alles blüht wie in Deutschland eher im Sommer! Natürlich ist in den Städten mehr los, wenn man das sucht. Cagliari ist relativ schnell zu erreichen und eine quirlige, große Stadt mit vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten und tollen Lokalitäten. In der Ferienwohnung gibt es ausreichende Informationen über die westliche Südhälfte der Insel.

Anche se sono passati alcuni mesi dall'estate, i momenti trascorsi al Casale Domus Antiga, non si dimenticano! Per la seconda estate di seguito abbiamo scelto di trascorrere le nostre vacanze in Sardegna, per il suo mare dai colori incredibili, ma anche per ritornare da Simona e Walter, nel loro casale sempre più bello ed accogliente. Perfect Retreat with kids

Thank you Simona and Walter for your generous hospitality while we stayed in your property. We stayed for two months in this property as we travel around the world. We have two boys one 4yo and the other 6 months old. Simona ensured we had all we needed to make our stay comfortable with the two children. Providing us with a cot, car seat, baby bath and high chair, making life easier for us. We had a car hire included in the booking and the car was well maintained and serviced. Walter and Simona go beyond what would be expected of hosts to ensure your comfort with out being intrusive. My son enjoyed the company of Simona and Walters son and they played well together even with the language barrier. Language barrier was not a problem with the use of google translate, we were able to communicate and understand each other. Everything was clean and the BBQ area was always ready to be used and stocked with wood. The location is great for kite surfers, rock climbers and tourists interested in archeology. It is very close to a main road that takes you to Sant Antioco, Carbonia and Iglesias. It is rural yet close to all you need for a perfect holiday. A car is necessary. A highly recommended place to stay to make your trip to Sardinia memorable! Thank you Walter and Simona for a wonderful time, one we will always treasure in our hearts!

visto che ne hanno già fatte 30...facciamo il 31 !

Confesso che ero un po' preoccupato per la posizione, in aperta campagna, della casa e per le caratteristiche del Sulcis in generale, che non conoscevo. Invece è stata una magnifica settimana. La posizione della casa è perfetta, tra i campi la luna e le stelle. La struttura è perfetta e perfettamente inserita nel contesto ambientale. C'è tutto ciò che serve e che potrebbe servire. Non mi sembra il caso di aggiungere altro, è stato già detto tutto. Di mio aggiungo qualche particolare: Le cene in terrazza con vista su Sant'Antioco, indimenticali. La visita alla miniera di Carbonia, sorprendente. La spiaggia Su portu de su Trigo, una sorpresa. Il vecchio borgo di Tratalias. E la pace, la tranquillità e la bellezza della casa. Que viva il Sulcis !

Merci à Simona et Walter pour la très belle semaine que nous avons passée fin juillet. Incroyablement attentionnés et gentils, ils ont contribué à faire de cette semaine un vrai moment de détente. Walter nous a offert un gros panier de légumes à notre arrivée, et de nombreux verres de limoncello maison :) Le gîte est conforme à la description. Il se situe dans un endroit très calme, l'appartement est propre, les chambres sont vraiment grandes, le jardin est parfait pour les enfants (et aussi pour les grands: pour un apéritif, pour le repos sur la chaise longue, ou même pour une petite partie de foot). Que peut-on ajouter de plus par rapport à tous les commentaires élogieux ? Tout est vrai. Voilà un gîte où nous aurons plaisir à revenir. Nous le conseillons à tout le monde. Vacanza magnifica all'insegna della cordialità

Domus Antiga... come essere a casa!! Anzi, meglio, da noi il mare non c'è!!! E' stata un'esperienza davvero unica, meglio di quanto ci aspettassimo! L'ambiente rispecchia perfettamente le immagini della struttura sul sito, in più, cosa che non si può esprimere se non da chi abbia vissuto lì, l'accoglienza e la simpatia dei proprietari, bimbo compreso, sono quel tocco in più che rende la vacanza speciale. Per non parlare dei momenti di festa con gli altri ospiti, organizzati da Walter e Simona (porceddu INDIMENTICABILE), che fanno sì che si conoscano dei veri amici, anche per i bambini, che nel prato ne combinano di tutti i colori! E per la prima volta, le mie due pesti non ricorderanno solo i bei posti ma anche i nuovi amici. Grazie di cuore e...a presto!!

Ringraziamo la bellissima famiglia per questo loro messaggio,una famiglia simpatica,gentili e rispettosi della casa.. Hanno visitato ogni angolo dei nostri mari e sono andati alla scoperta dei tanti siti archeologici che circondano e caratterizzano la nostra antica terra,ricca di tradizione e storia. Petit coin de paradis

Nous avons passé deux semaines merveilleuses chez Walter et Simona qui sont d'une serviabilité et d'une générosité hors du commun. De leur jardin potager, nous avons goûté les fruits et les légumes qu'ils nous offraient régulièrement. De plus, ils n'ont pas hésité à organiser des soirées pizzas, pasta... pour profiter tous ensemble des matchs de l'Euro! C'est un lieu calme, attachant et reposant. Les plages des alentours sont magnifiques: l'eau cristalline, le sable blanc... mais il faut avoir une voiture à disposition et ne pas craindre de partir à la découverte des environs. Je remercie nos hôtes pour leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse. Au plaisir de vous revoir prochainement. Lucille

Come spesso accade i nostri ospiti ci lasciano un commento a noi importante per continuare il nostro lavoro con serietà e professionalità senza trascurare gli ospiti, dando a loro tutto ciò di cui avremmo bisogno noi in vacanza lontano dalle nostre case e spesso lontano dal proprio paese... indimenticabile vacanza

Grazie a Homelidays e agli recensionisti abbiamo scelto questa struttura situata in posizione strategica per visitare delle spiagge favolose e girare i posti storici della Sardegna.Gestito da una coppia ospitale e disponibile che ti fa sentire a casa ed e capace di creare un rapporto umano e sincero .Hanno preso tanta cura di noi -ogni mattina la frutta e verdura a pena raccolta dai campi ,cene in loro compagnia trasformate in piacevolissimi momenti di convivialità con loro ed altri ospiti del casale.Siamo rimasti molto contenti e lo consigliamo davvero. Grazie mille a Simona e Walter e a presto !!! Molto aprezzato il grande giardino dove la nostra cuciola Chili girava libera ,curiosando di qua e di la….
