Casa Lulu, cottage with garden a few steps from the beach

Casa Lulu is a terraced house (on two floors) located in a newly built residential complex, 300 meters from the beautiful beaches of Porto Pino. It is a comfortable and pleasant house to live with a private garden on three sides, equipped with all the comforts necessary to spend a wonderful holiday in a town characterized by white sand dunes, crystal clear sea and above all far from mass tourism.
The outdoor area of the house is furnished with table, chairs, barbecue area, shower, umbrella, sunbeds and armchairs; the house has private access and parking space for exclusive use and a condominium green space inside the gates. Inside, on the ground floor is the living room with kitchenette (with dishwasher and oven), sofa, table with chairs, washing machine and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor the sleeping area offers two bedrooms (one double with large dresser and one bedroom with bunk bed and third extra bed, built-in wardrobe) and a bathroom with shower. Air conditioning is available throughout the house.
The house is recommended for a comfortable and relaxing family holiday. Particularly suitable for children of all ages. It is equipped with convenient facilities for early childhood (changing table, cot, baby bouncer, high chair for meals, bikes for children and adults with child seats, etc.).
Less than 50 meters from the complex, there is a shopping center equipped with everything you need (mini-market, bar, butcher, newsagent and gastronomy). The house also offers 4 bikes, very useful for reaching the first and second beach, as well as for walks in the area or simply for shopping.

La casa si trova all’interno di un residence con giardino privato e parcheggio sul retro. Corrisponde a quanto descritto nell’annuncio. Consigliata la seconda spiaggia che, seppur un po’ più distante, è decisamente preferibile alla prima. Ottima la comunicazione con l’host, che si è dimostrata flessibile per check-in e check-out.

Villetta a schiera arredata con gusto e fornita di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. E' anche possibile cenare all'esterno con vista sul tranquillo giardino. Market e servizi vicini e la lunga spiaggia di Porto Pino raggiungibile a piedi. Sempre a piedi si può raggiungere Porto Pinetto con le sue calette. Molto disponibili la proprietaria Annapaola e Alexia.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Alexia willkommen geheißen und haben ein blitzsauberes und schön eingerichtetes Haus vorgefunden in dem wir uns gleich wie Zuhause gefühlt haben. Die Lage ist gut - der Strand von Porto Pino in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Parkplatz unmittelbar vor dem Haus. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin lief absolut problemlos - wir können das Haus wärmstens empfehlen!

Ottima soluzione a Porto Pino

La casa è una villetta a schiera su due piani con un solo lato su 4 in comune. E' molto pulita e ben fornita. Tutto quello dichiarato nell'annuncio corrisponde a quanto si trova una volta arrivati. Bagni (2) nuovi e pulitissimi. Letti comodi e biancheria profumata. Buona comunicazione con l'host e flessibilità per quanto riguarda check-in check-out. La posizione è ottima, all'interno di un piccolo residence, con giardino privato e con comodo parcheggio sul retro; volendo si può parcheggiare la macchina all'interno del giardino interno ad uso privato. Zona tranquilla e giardino interno piacevole con doccia esterna e bbq. La sera si dorme molto bene anche con le finestre aperte; un bar vicino fa musica dal vivo nei weekend ma il volume non è assolutamente fastidioso. Molto apprezzata la presenza di alcune biciclette: non essendo un servizio a pagamento, ma una cortesia dei proprietari, non ci si può aspettare mezzi nuovi e perfetti, ma hanno fatto pienamente il loro lavoro. Negozi, gastronomia, bar, atm e tabaccaio ad un centinaio di metri dalla casa. Seconda spiaggia di Porto Pino raggiungibile in 5 minuti in bicicletta o in 20 min. a piedi (la prima era inagibile causa depositi di posidonia ma è raggiungibile tranquillamente a piedi in 10 min.) . Dune di porto Pino raggiungibili in 10-15 min. di bicicletta o in 5 min. di auto. Rapporto qualità/prezzo soddisfacente. Soluzione assolutamente consigliata per famiglie con bambini.

Schöner Urlaub

Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Kindern 3 und 5 vor Ort und es hat uns super gefallen. Eine sehr gute Ausstattung - liebevoll eingerichtet und recht modern :-) bequeme Betten, alles sehr sauber in toller Lage! Es gab alles vor Ort was wir brauchten. Zwischenzeitlich ist die Sicherung rausgeflogen (Backofen und Klima gleichzeitig überlastet das Netzwerk) aber wenn man es weiß, kann man sich drauf einstellen, alles kein Problem. Der Hausmeister vor Ort war auch immer schnell da wenn man was brauchte. Die Kommunikation lief unkompliziert und es war bestimmt nicht der letzte Besuch vor Ort! Danke :-)

Äußerst empfehlenswert!!!

Wir haben das Objekt als Familie mit zwei Kindern gemietet. Das Haus ist absolut komplett und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Der schöne Strand von Porto Pino ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen, was wir auch reichlich genutzt haben. Es gibt Bars und Supermärkte in der Nähe. Die großzügige Terrasse mit großem Grill und gemütlichen Liegestühlen lädt zum verweilen. Auch für Gäste zum gemeinsamen Essen gibt es genügend Sitzplätze, Geschirr und eine lange Tafel zum ausklappen. Der sehr gepflegte Garten ist in sich geschlossen und die Kinder können sich dort gefahrlos frei bewegen. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber sind wirklich nett, immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sicher gerne wieder hierher. Liebe Grüße an Annapaola und Angela Familie Piotrowski

Una splendida indimenticabile vacanza

Mio marito ed io, assieme alle nostre due bimbe, abbiamo soggiornato a Casa Lulu durante il mese di Luglio. La villetta è una schiera d'angolo circondata sui tre lati da un bel giardino curato e attrezzato di doccia esterna, divanetti, poltroncine e tavolo per pranzare all'aperto. La casa, su due piani, è luminosa e confortevole, arredata con gusto con mobili moderni dai colori che rimandano ai paesaggi marini. Particolarmente adatta per famiglie con bambini in quanto dotata di seggiolone, giochi, lettino con spondina e di biciclette per tutta la famiglia! Comodissimo anche l'ampio parcheggio privato di fronte a casa e la possibilità, in alternativa a questo, di parcheggiare l'auto all'interno del giardino di proprietà. Sul retro la villetta affaccia su una bella corte in comune con le altre case del complesso ove i bambini possono giocare in completa sicurezza. La tranquillità del luogo e la contemporanea vicinanza ad un piccolo centro commerciale ove è possibile fare la spesa con comodità sono un altro punto a favore. Per non parlare poi della favolosa spiaggia di sabbia bianca finissima situata nelle vicinanze dove si può ammirare un mare caraibico e dei laghi salati dove i fenicotteri sostano indisturbati. Un luogo incantato, dove la natura regala paesaggi indimenticabili e oramai sempre più rari. Insomma, un luogo dove tornare sicuramente, un'esperienza da rivivere! Infine un particolare ringraziamento ad Annapaola, la proprietaria, per la sua disponibilità e ad Angela che ci ha gentilmente fornito tutte le indicazioni sul posto.
