The property consists of the Villa, two guesthouses, a private chapel, and an elegant swimming pool. There are 12 beds in 6 bedrooms within the main house. The Villa is arranged over three floors; on the ground floor, there is a large central living room, a spacious dining room, another living room, and a beautiful kitchen. On the ground floor, there are five bedrooms—three of which have their own private bathrooms—and another spacious shared bathroom. Additionally, the attic features a stunning suite with a view of the village of Ostra Vetere.
