Both overlook a large paved terrace, equipped for outdoor dining and offering a beautiful view of the surrounding hills. Thanks to the large, fully fenced garden with play area, this accommodation is particularly suitable for families with children, and for guests traveling with their four-legged friend and for those who want to spend a quiet vacation in the countryside, but not far from the sea. The house is located near Mondavio, a small medieval town in the province of Pesaro Urbino, just 22 km from the lively Adriatic coast with facilities and nightlife. The Marche region between the Apennines and the Adriatic Sea is waiting for your visit! Art and history buffs will love ancient Urbino, while sea lovers and families with children can expect long sandy beaches and perfectly equipped resorts in Senigallia and Marotta. For younger guests, there is the zoo in Falconara and the water parks on the coast. In the hinterland you will also find numerous adventure parks and many hiking trails. This area also has a rich food and wine tradition. You must try the "Brodetto", an excellent fish soup typical of the coastal region. In the surrounding area you can visit Mare Marotta 22 km, Senigallia 26 km, Pesaro 45 km, Urbino 55 km.
