This fabulous 4 bedroom villa is located in Ayia Napa, is spacious both inside and outside, offers beautiful sea views, and just a few minutes drive to the closest beach and amenities. It is the perfect setting and location for those looking for a peaceful holiday, yet still close enough to be able to enjoy the amenities available in the area.

Downstairs, you will find the open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The generous sized living room is complete with a corner sofa offering ample seating, and widescreen Satellite TV; The dining area has a table and chairs to seat 8 people with patio doors leading out to the covered verandah and garden area, and the kitchen is complete with all appliances and utensils needed for a comfortable self-catering stay.
There is also a WC on this floor.

Upstairs, you will find the 4 bedrooms, all of which have en suite bathrooms and balcony access with sea views. The master bedroom and bedroom 2 both have double beds, and bedrooms 3 and 4 both have two single beds. All bedrooms are complete with fully fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets

Outside, the garden has a barbecue, ideal for nights of al fresco dining, shaded dining area with seating for 8 people, sunloungers and private pool overlooking the gorgeous views.

The villa has full WIFI and air con throughout, central heating and an open fire.
