The SummerHouse Project, a Home with Garden & Veranda, 5' from the Beach

"SummerHouse Project-Makis House" is a personally styled home with extra comfort and plus amenities so you can unwind, relax and escape from the everyday. The house has been fully renovated in 2020 and has been my personal project and goal to create as a house that people can be comfortable and feel like home.
A two bedroom summerhouse, fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home, can accomodate up to 4 people. It has 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom, both air-conditioned with mosquito nets in them, a fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom. Also provides free WiFi and free private parking space.
The house is located 4min walk from the center of Village, away from the noise, but close to gas station, mini-markets, restaurants, ice cream shop and -of course- the beach!

Why they chose this property

I have been staying in this house for holidays as long as I can remember myself. I am deeply connected to it as I have so many happy memories from my childhood spending time with my grandparents until today. Every summer, I would spend my time with many people and especially with Makis. Until 2017. Makis was my grandfather to whom I owe my unforgettable summers and memories. This house has been fully renovated in 2020, and has been my personal project and goal to create as a house that people can be comfortable and feel like a home.
