Le Pressoir - La Ferme du Château sleeps 4/12 people

Between land and sea in the heart of the Marais du Cotentin et du Bessin Park
Close to different tourist sites and 5 km from shops (minimarket, bakeries, butcher’s shops, newsagents, pharmacy, etc.)

You will stay in the former “Pressoir” (press room) of the “Ferme du Château de la Bretonnière” (farmhouse).

This fully renovated structure mixes beams, exposed stones and modern conveniences

The holiday cottage is adjustable when it comes to bedrooms (that we can close according to the number of people staying).

On the ground floor:
Large living space with fireplace, fitted kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher, freezer, etc.), dining room and living room with television and DVD player.
Bedroom with double bed
Shower room with shower and toilet

On the first floor:
3 bedrooms:
Bedroom with 2 bunk beds (4 beds) and 2 extra single beds if necessary
2 bedrooms with double bed
Bathroom
Toilet

Fittings have been installed to facilitate access to disabled people (large doors, bedroom, shower room with walk-in shower and toilet on the ground floor).

Without extra cost: baby set at your disposal to travel light (folding cot with mattress, high chairs, booster seat, freestanding bath, etc.

Ma famille et moi-même avons retrouvé nos amis canadiens au Pressoir où nous avons été très bien accueillis par Marie et son époux.Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans ce logement idéalement situé pour visiter les plages et autres sites du débarquement.Le logement est confortable et nous y avons trouvé tout le nece

Erholung und Ruhe im Grünen

Wir hatten tolle 10 Tage in der Normandie. Die Ferienwohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet und wunderschön und ruhig gelegen. Zum Strand ist es mit dem Auto nicht weit und auch die nächsten Dörfer mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Die Küche hätte ein bisschen sauberer sein können, was aber wohl dadurch geschuldet ist, dass die Mieter die Wohnung auch selber zur Abreise reinigen können. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und haben sich sehr bemüht, dass wir uns wohlfühlen. Alles in allem ist die Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen.

Superbe séjour, maison propre et propriétaires très accueillants et disponibles. Nos enfants ont apprécié le lieu pour jouer en toute sécurité avec beaucoup d’espaces. Nous avons pu faire le barbecue et visiter de beaux lieux aux alentours. Je recommande ce logement pour un moment de détente.

Confort mais déconnection

Le gite est vraiment très confortable , la literie est géniale les pièces sont fidèles aux photos. La situation géographique est idéale pour des visites culturelles. Petits B mol, contrairement à ce qui est marqué sur le site il n'y a pas d'internet et le téléphone capte très mal. Gite idéal pour un déconnexion totale ! Les chiens y sont admis sans problème même les grands chiens. Cependant ayez des chiens calmes car des locataires logent à côté avec de nombreux chiens aboyeurs... ce qui est parfois gênant. mais dans l'ensemble agréable séjour et propriétaires très sympathiques

Agréable séjour près des plages du débarquement

Nos retrouvailles en famille se sont très bien passées dans cette maison au calme et à moins d'un quart d'heure d'Omaha Beach et de la pointe du Hoc. Parfaite pour découvrir les plages du débarquement en limitant les trajets. La maison est bien équipée pour une famille avec enfants et avec une hôte à proximité très disponible et à l'écoute.

Le gîte est conforme à sa description, proche de la mer et en pleine campagne. véhicule indispensable. Les propriétaires sont avenants, ils ont le souci de faciliter l'arrivée et le départ de leurs hôtes et sont à l'écoute si besoin. Nous avons eu la chance de séjourner par très beau temps, on en a bien profité. On risque fort de revenir dans ce lieu proche de notre domicile urbain !

Fantastic Gite

The Gite's location is perfect and the accommodation is simply lovely. We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. It is very spacious and beautifully furnished. It is surrounded by beautiful countryside and close to many touristic areas . We didn't find it easily so we suggest you study the map before you get there. But apart from that we loved our stay!
