Sweet and welcoming, Villa Lidia is a truly perfect holiday home that meets all the requirements for happy and relaxing holidays in Mallorca. With a large private pool and an ideal location near Puerto Pollensa, Villa Lidia can accommodate up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms and cosy interiors, filled with natural light and soft colours. The gardens and the large pool, ideal for families, complement the surroundings.



Inside, the villa is distributed on a single floor, making it the ideal option for families. The living room with an adjacent dining area features comfortable sofas, a dining table for 8 people, Wi-Fi internet connection, and satellite TV with free channels. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances (large fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher). There are 4 cosy bedrooms, all carefully decorated. 2 of them (with air conditioning) have a double bed and private bathroom (with bathtub and shower). The other 2 rooms have 2 single beds (one of them with air conditioning) and share a spacious family bathroom with a shower.



In the exterior, Villa Lidia offers its guests a beautiful and lovely garden with a swimming pool, spacious shaded terraces and a large pool of 9.5 x 4 m. The pool attracts the sun all day and is equipped with 8 comfortable sun loungers. The spacious terraces and mature trees provide shade when necessary. For outdoor dining enthusiasts, there is a dining and barbecue area next to the pool, along with a pleasant living room perfect for enjoying a glass of wine when the sun sets.

Free air conditioning from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am



The tourist tax is included in the price.

In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.



On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.



The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.

Summer holiday in Mallorca

We had a great week at Villa Lidia. The villa is spacious and clean and well equipped for a family holiday. The pool is fantastic, and during our stay the water was a perfect temperature.

Great peaceful getway

Beautiful countryside location, within easy access to both Pollença and Port de Pollença. Villa was beautifully finished but some areas were not clean. The pool was great and area very private. The arrival information paper print out only gave us GPS coordinates and no road name, the villa's actual name on the gate was Can Llida - which would have been helpful if it was listed as such on the printout. Also, the keys for the villa were in a different key box that were not on the instructions. Not great when it's dark and with a 1 year old baby. However, once we did eventually work it out , the experience itself was fantastic and I would recommend it and go back. But the arrival information should have been much clearer. Many thanks Dan

Schönes Haus mit Mängeln

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa hatte positive und negative Seiten. Das Haus liegt abgelegen und ruhig und hat einen schönen Garten mit Pool. Die sanitären Anlagen sind jedoch veraltet und nicht mehr auf dem neuen Stand. Bis warmes Wasser aus der Dusche kommt, dauert es sehr lange. Die bodentiefe Dusche hat einen defekten Schlauch, sodass die Hälfte des Wassers vorher schon abfließt. Die Küche ist neu und hochwertig, aber die Spülmaschine innen verrostet und spült nicht sauber. Der Zustand des Hauses war insgesamt eher befriedigend.

Petit cocon parfait pour groupe ou famille

La maison était mieux que sur les photos. Très bien aménagée, autant pour la cuisine , qui comporte tout l’électroménager moderne utile ainsi que beaucoup de vaisselle, accessoires de cuisine nécessaires afin de cuisiner confortablement. Buanderie séparée avec lave linge et toute le nécessaire pour l’étendre. Chaque chambre a beaucoup de rangement ( qui ne se voit pas sur les photos ) et de prises, et les salles de bains sont spacieuses. La terrasse est au top, on y est bien toute la journée à l’ombre et il ya assez de place pour être au confort. La piscine était parfaite, petite douche extérieur qui va bien y compris l’éclairage de nuit qui rend l’endroit magique. Le salon était très joli, mais vu le temps nous étions à l’extérieur tout le temps. Bien située Pollença et Alcudia- les expéditions du soir n’était jamais loin du coup- Max 15 min de chaque ville en voiture. Service au téléphone rapide et très sympa quand nous avions besoin de quelque chose. Attention, prévoir de l’anti moustique car les moustiques sont féroces le matin et le soir. Rajouter de l’air conditionné à la deuxième chambre double - c’est vrai que le ventilateur fourni marchait bien, mais quand même plus agréable avec les grandes chaleurs. Et la pression dans la douche / baignoire de la chambre double à augmenter... un nettoyage à fond de la terrasse avant l’arrivée serait au top aussi, car elle se sali vite avec le vent/ le sable apporté de l’extérieur etc..

Die Villa Lidia hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie hat eine schöne Einrichtung. Gläser und Geschirr ist in ausreichend großer Menge vorhanden. Die Terrasse ist toll möbliert. Der Pool ist schön gross. Es war alles perfekt . Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ruhige Lage, tolles Anwesen!

wir waren zu fünft plus einem Baby eine Woche vor Ort. Schöne saubere Finca, toller Pool, Garten mit Zitronen, Orangen, Granatäpfeln, Pflaumen, Khakis und Feigen! Sehr ruhig, allerdings auch doch einiges im Hinterland. Wenn man öfter zum Strand pendelt (wie wir, da wir dort zum segeln täglich hin sind), eine Gurkerei durch die Wallachei mit engen Straßen und Touristen in Mietwagen, die nicht rechts fahren können. 😬 Leider hatten wir an einem Tag nur Regen, so dass man sich mit Krabbel-Baby nur drinnen aufhalten konnte. Für regnerische, kalte Tage ist die Grund-Wohnfläche doch etwas zu klein (obwohl wir nur zu Fünft waren, und nicht zu Acht). Trotz allem empfehlenswert und sehr komfortabel, wenn man nicht die max. Kapazität ausschöpft.

Sehr schöne Finca. Sehr gute Küchenausstattung. Schöner, sauberer Pool, Zitronenbäume vor der Tür, ein wirklich traumhafter Urlaub.
