Retiro II apartment in Madrid

This apartment is located in a renovated building with a lift and a concierge. It enjoys a great location in calle Alcalá, between calle Príncipe de Vergara and calle Goya, only 5 minutes on foot from the Retiro Park and close to one of the most popular shopping areas in Madrid. A great accommodation for both business and leisure trips offering excellent connections to anywhere in the city.

The apartment:

Well laid out, with high quality finishes throughout, this apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. It features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a Nordic-inspired décor with clean lines and soft colours that lend the rooms a very classy, welcoming atmosphere.

To the left of the entrance hall, guests will find a living/dining room with large floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the street; to the right, a corridor gives access to the kitchen and sleeping area.

The first two bedrooms are provided with a 140cm double bed and two single beds respectively. The master bedroom is right at the end of the corridor and comes with a 150cm double bed, a private bathroom and a large window with view of a bright inner courtyard.

Elegant and welcoming, this apartment is provided with everything you may need for a comfortable stay: air conditioning, Internet, plasma TV, dishwasher and washing machine.

The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.

We respect: for the purpose of a good coexistence and respect for neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process implies a mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. Please note that late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 carries a surcharge of EUR 50 that has to be paid in cash.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. MIT House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment due to not having carried out said process beforehand.
Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Directorate General of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal sanctions in this regard
