The recently renovated apartment has 3 bedrooms, two of them with bathroom en suite, a third auxiliary bathroom and a large living room for 6 people with integrated kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven / microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and Nespresso machine.

The apartment has been renovated with top quality materials and has a modern, warm and functional decoration, with details that raise this space to the highest level, at the height of the privileged area where it is located.

Being a fourth floor, the large windows get a great luminosity in the main space.

Perfect location and great accommodations!!!

Apartment was very clean and had everything needed for the stay. The location was perfect and within walking distance of coffee shops, great restaurants, shopping and the metro. Javier was an amazing host!!’ Great communication and numerous suggestions for food and activities. All turned out fabulous! Would definitely stay again and recommend anyone else considering a place to choose this one!!!

Beautiful location near Retiro Park.

Great location in Madrid! Lots of eclectic local eateries and convenience stores nearby. Across from Retiro Park, Museums and Metro. Easy access to Plaza Mayor in Sol on the red line for fun events and shopping. The host, Javier was easy to contact for help and suggestions both before and during the stay!

Beautiful apartment across from El Retiro Park

The apartment was very beautiful with a very nice floor plan. Javier was excellent in providing instructions and suggestions. Ideal for a few friends who want their privacy. Very close to markets, plenty of restaurants and tapa bars.

Location and property 5 Star!

A beautiful VRBO and perfect location to stay for a week. Very easy to catch the train and also the park is right across the street. We were delayed and Javier let my daughter check in for us. The apartment is exactly what is advertised. Very clean and has eve you could possibly need. My only recommendation is to provide more towels and face clothes. Other than that perfecto!

Ideal family apartment

DThis apartment is located on a busy street, but the apartment faces an interior courtyard and so there is no street noise at all. Within 20 metres of the front entrance are a bakery/coffee shop, a small shop with delicious empanadas, two bar/cafes and a cab stand and across the street is the truly wonderful Retiro park. It is an easy walk (around 20 minutes) to two of the big three Madrid museums, the Prado and the Thyssen, and about twice that, mostly through the park, to the Reine Sophia. The apartment itself was very clean and well equipped with a very modern kitchen, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The middle bedroom is a bit smaller than the other two and has two single beds so in our case that was where the kids slept, but there is adequate closet space in all three bedrooms and space to store suitcases without having to step over them. The living/dining room was bright and comfortable. Javier, the owners’ representative, was helpful and easy to reach and the key handoff was simple. The only minor quibbles would be squeaky floors in some rooms and a little noise at times from neighbouring apartments, all of which are normal in a building dating from the 1920s and did not bother us. The air conditioning worked well and was easy to operate as was the washer dryer, which was much appreciated and got a fair workout as we’d been travelling for several weeks by the time we reached Madrid. For us the apartment was perfect.
