Located on a Plaza of the same name, the Santa Ana Boutique VII apartment could not be in a better location... next to Calle Alcalá, Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, only ten minutres from the Prado Museum and the "Paaseo de Recoletos".... getting to know Madrid from this apartment will prove an easy task....

Right on the Plaza Santa Ana the guest can enjoy an aperitif or a snak at any time as it is full of cafes, bars and restaurants for the guest to choose from.

Everything is within walking distance, simply strolling around the guest will be able to visit such places as the Palacio Real, to famous museums like El Reina Sofia and can also make their way to the "Rastro" market on Sundays and holidays....

This very cute apartment, in the heart of Madrid, allows the guest to wake up and open the windows of the balcony and survey all that is going on in Plaza Santa Ana...

This apartment is ideal for one or a couple visiting Madrid. It has lots of charm and is full of natural light with all the mod cons such as double bed, AC, vitroceramic cooker as well as a small but very nice bathroom.... please note, there is no washing machine in this apartment, however, there is a luandrette not far from the apartment and the building has laundry service....

The decor is tasteful and very well done, mixing the old elements such as the exposed bricks with the new modern furniture, a blend that works very well and makes sure the guest feels right at home from the moment they walk into this great apartment...

The apartament is 25m2.

The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.

Perfecto en todo menos en los 69 escalones

El apartamento es perfecto en casi todo Ej: situación, limpieza ,entradas electronicas . Por ejemplo el interruptor de luz de la segunda planta no funciona, los famosos 69 ESCALONES de acceso a la tercera planta se notan y o no leí por ningún sitio o me lo salte en las condiciones y se echa de menos un ascensor. Pienso que en la época actual los animales se les podía dar un margen de confianza.

Santa Ana 7

The appartment is modern, with the kitchen apart is very nice. We Liked the little balcony and when you close the doors you keep out the noise. the bathroom is very small, you can't sit on the toilet whithout your knees at the wall and in the shower it is impossible to move to pick up the shampoo... The app to open the door some times doesn't work and you have to call and wait for someone to reset or wait longer for someone to come. That happend not just once... But a lot..

Very nice flat, once you find it!

The place itself is lovely--nice location, very attractive and comfortable (with the exception of the teeny shower), and we loved the balcony view of Plaza de Santa Ana. Finding the unmarked address (number obscured, looks like a 5, on a street Google Maps did not recognize) was very difficult. The restaurant owner next door said she has people coming in all the time looking for the address. Hallway also needs motion-sensing lights since one has to grope in the dark to find one's assigned apartment (or the light switch, if you're lucky). On top of booking issues on the tech end between vrbo and the property manager, and the cumbersome app for check-in, there were multiple frustrations before we were able to enjoy this charming apartment. These are fixable issues, though, so we hope the property manager attends to those things!
