We had a lovely stay at this villa. Extremely quiet location, but only a few minutes drive to Pegia for restaurants and shops and only 20 mins drive to Paphos seafront.

Great location away from the noise, but still close to restaurants and bars (15 min walk). Pool area was ideal and the pool was perfect for a cool down swim. Chris was a great host and was on hand for anything we needed. This villa is in a great location to chill and unwind.

Perfect villa for a quiet, relaxing break. Near enough to explore the island and within walking distance of amenities. The owner is very helpful and always around if you need him. The pool area is perfect and the pool a lovely size and the sun is on the terrace area till round 5pm (mid October). The front patio offers beautiful view of the sea and lovely to sit there enjoying a sundowner. Fully equipped for self catering and will definately be returning!

Fabulous ! Villa Eleni was spotless on arrival and was cleaned during our stay. Christos was a smashing fella and was available for any wuestions we had. Private pool superb. Everything we needed was in the villa. We just had to ho buy dome bin liners and cleaning stuff.

Villa Eleni is well located and we had a good and relaxing holiday.
We believe that with a few improvements the customer experience could be put easily on a higher level:
For example, having a kind of starter set of herbs and spices (salt, pepper, sugar) or a simple coffee machine. Additional towels for the pool or the beach would be also nice (not expensive, but a positive effect).
We had holiday houses before with by far higher standards and so we knew that this was not to expect here. Please take our comments therefore as an constructive feedback, because as said before, we had relaxing holidays at Villa Eleni.

Fabulous Villa with private pool in amazing location
Villa Eleni is situated on a quiet private road very close to coral Bay. We booked it via Vrbo and Agni Travel. Beautiful sea veiws and private pool. Not overlooked. We booked a car as we like to get out and about but you could walk to coral bay very easily and taxi are available locally. The villa was spotless on arrival and cleaned during our stay. Bed linens and a couple of towels were provided. But. You will need to buy some essential cleaning products and bin liners to keep the villa clean. The villa is well equiped for self catering and the pool area has everything you need. The air conditioning is great too. And we kept the villa cool by closing all the shutters through the day. Christos the owner lives nearby and was doing maintenance around the properties. So he was available for any question's we had. Thanks Christos for helping locate our missing Taxi on our last night ! Apart from the back door not feeling very secure (loose lock i think).. I cannot say anything negative about the villa and its very likely we will be back in 2025.

Villa Eleni was excellent. The villa and surroundings exceeded the high expectations we had going before arriving there. It was really well cleaned when we arrived and smelt so good. We spent some really nice, warm evenings around the pool and visited the beautiful Coral bay and Lara beach as well as Paphos city and tasted really tasty specialties in their restaurants. The people were so friendly. Thank you!

We are really impressed with the quality of your service. The exterior space is really beautiful. Has more than everything we need! The villa and surroundings exceeded the high expectations we had going before arriving there. Nice private pool and terrace. We also visited Laourou Beach, and Coral Bay and spent a great time there: tasting local food, drinking some of the local wines, swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, etc. Thank you!

Villa Eleni was absolutely great. The inside of the villa was cozy and comfortable. Very well-equipped with everything we needed. During the day enjoyed swimming in turquoise waters at the nearby sandy beach while in the evenings we gathered with our friends around the pool area and enjoyed the local food specialties and wines. The villa is perfectly located near the beach, supermarkets, bars, and restaurants. We will book it again!

Its been an incredible week for us! It was very refreshing to arrive at this villa and it had absolutely everything we needed. The pool and garden area were well maintained. The outside space was amazing and we like that there were a BBQ and an outside dining area. Walking distance to restaurants, tavernas, groceries, and the beach made our holiday unforgettable. We spent an amazing time there. The comfort inside and outside of the villa was just perfect. The pool was a lovely size and well-maintained. Travel directions were simple and clear and we could collect the keys late at night without any trouble. The extra attention from the owners with a homemade gift was really appreciated. We have the best holiday ever and we will come back!!!

We spent a bit less than a week in the house. It is exactly like in the pictures. The house is located in a very quiet, safe area and only few minutes away (preferably by car) from restaurants, beach, shops etc. The landlord is a nice and welcoming person.he lives nearby (the block of few houses belongs to his family) and so is there if needed which can be very helpful. We recommend to stay at the Eleni Villa, you wont regret it. Highly recommended: barbecue night by the pool were the best!

We had a fantastic holiday at Villa Eleni. A very clean and comfortable house. And the nice and clean swimming pool was fantastic for us and our kids. Villa Eleni was a good base for us to explore the area. Close to Coral Bay, Paphos, and Avakas Gorge.

Wonderful villa
Had a great time at this villa. Perfect location and very peaceful. Christos was a mine of information and provided us with freshly picked mangoes from his garden. Villa had everything we needed and the pool was great. All in all a wonderful holiday.

Lovely villa and the owner, Kristos, was great. Everything we needed was there and the pool area in particular was excellent. Location was perfect as it was very peaceful with amenities close at hand. Would recommend a car to explore this lovely island but was not essential if you wanted to stay local. Will definitely consider returning to this villa

We have just had an excellent stay at Villa Eleni near Coral Bay. Everything was as described. The villa and pool were perfect; clean and well equipped for our stay. We enjoyed being near to, but not too near Coral Bay; our time by the pool and BBQ was very peaceful yet we could walk to shops, restaurants and the beach in 10-15 minutes. This was our first villa stay in Cyprus and with Agni, but we will be booking again!
