This luxury villa is in a quiet residential cul de sac, but just a few minutes drive away from the main Coral Bay resort and beautiful beach. The villa has a large kitchen, dining room and living area on the ground floor along with a guest WC. Upstairs has three good size bedrooms, one en suite and a family bathroom, the villa has great sea views from the upstairs balconies. The villa also offers a large private mature landscaped garden and has a private pool, decked area for sunbathing and covered outside dining areal. .the pool is 10m and can be heated at a cost of 40 euros a day excl Jan to mid march. island we have a local excellent car hire company we use. for you .Cots/highchairs etc can be hired from Kidstravellite a local company. Solar powered hot water system with high pressure pump. Welcome pack included. I am Lisa,my husband & I own three villas in Coral Bay, we emigrated to Cyprus in 2006, with our 2 children. Our children have now finished school here and are at uni and miss Cyprus life!.We bought a lump of mud on honeymoon and had our holiday villa built in 2001 , we initially lived here whilst we had our house built and we started renting it out 14 year ago and having been holiday makers knew what people looked for, it proved very successful so we have expanded purely in this area looking after properties such as this beautiful villa from neighbours and friends and buying a couple more ourselves.Felix and I personally look after our villas . We live locally (5 mins drive away) we can provide that added extra personal service, you can not often get, ie. sorting cars, taxis, massage etc. We are both UK hospitality trained so offer great standards. staying with us you get discounts at many local bars, restaurants and trips etc.
