Villa Fortuna is a charming two-storey villa. Outside is the private
swimming pool, sun terrace with dining area and a barbecue. The main
entrance to the villa is at road-level. Inside the villa is a living
room with dining area and kitchen. There are three bedrooms, two double
bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and one twin bedroom with en suite
bathroom, and a W/C. On the second floor is also a large balcony with
sea view.

Living Room
The living room is air-conditioned and has a Satellite TV, dining area,
comfortable sofas, DVD Player and Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to
the pool terrace with Sea views.

Kitchen
The kitchen is air-conditioned and features a granite work top,
toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave,
refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There is also a barbecue outside.

Villa Fortuna has 3 air-conditioned Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 is air-conditioned with a double bed. En Suite Bathroom

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
