Villa Sol y Mar is a typical Canarian villa. The entrance leads to the
hall, having the kitchen on the left and the living room on the right.
The full equipped kitchen has a table, perfect for breakfasts and
meals. The living room is connected to the dining area. From the living
room, you can access to the bbq area. There are three bedrooms: a
double, a twin and a single. These bedrooms share a family bathroom
with bath. Outside, by the bbq area, there is another family bathroom
with shower. Outside, there is a dining area by the bbq. The pool area
with sunbeds will bring you outstanding views.

Living Room
The living room has a Satellite TV, dining area, comfortable sofas and
Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to the pool terrace with Sea views.

Kitchen
The kitchen features a granite work top, toaster, coffee maker, washing
machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There
is also a barbecue outside.

Pool Heating
This villa is with a heated pool. The pool heating system raises the
temperature approximately 3c to 5c warmer than a pool that is not
heated. The pool heating can be provided for an additional fee. If it
is required please contact us for further assistance.
Additional Information

The pool heating will be free of charge for the period of 01/11 till
01/04, for the other period it will be on request for an extra fee of
€120/ per week

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
