Overview
Skala Villa Yellow is located in Skala, Kefalonia. This detached

Layout

The villa is built over 2 floors with a sunny pool terrace with sea
views terrace at the front: The ground floor (pool level) offers a
spacious open plan kitchen and dining area with a flat screen TV and
patio doors leading out to the poolside balcony. On this level is the
master bedroom with en suite bathroom and patio doors leading out to
the balcony. Another family bathroom is on the ground level. Internal
staircase leads up to the 2nd floor with one double bedroom and one
twin bedroom. Twin bedroom has en suite shower room and the double
bedroom is next to a family bathroom. Both bedrooms have patio doors
leading out to the sea facing balcony. On this level is the living room
with two single sofa beds and patio doors to the balcony.

Living Room
The living room is air-conditioned and has a dining area, comfortable
sofas, DVD Player, Satellite TV and Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors
to the pool terrace with Sea views.

Kitchen
The kitchen is air-conditioned and features a toaster, coffee maker,
washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and
oven. There is also a barbecue outside.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
