ground floor, branching off from a central passage. At the end of the
passage, there is access to the rear terrace and pool area. From the
covered rear patio, a set of steps leads to an optional tower area,
ideal for sitting or dining, offering views of the beach.

The living room is air-conditioned and has a dining area, comfortable
sofas, Satellite TV and Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to the pool
terrace.

Kitchen
The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, granite work top, washing
machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There
is also a barbecue outside.

We visited Cala en Portet and Binibeca, which are really beautiful. Very impressed with the level of contact from the company before, during, and after our holiday. Pros:lovely small pool, clean & fairly private. Peaceful, short walk to beach/shops/restaurants. Good Aircon. Issues swiftly dealt with by management company. Lovely beach and small resort. Cons: needs updating and attention to detail to be a great holiday home & value for money. Appreciate peak holiday season but for price paid, expected higher standard. Crockery was mainly chipped, no plastic glasses for using round pool area, only 1 pillow per guest. Only 1 small bath towel per person for use in bathroom & on sun lounger. En suite shower needs attention.

Villa Torreta was amazing! The villa had top-of-the-range specifications and facilities inside and outside. Clean, properly equipped, great location. The pool was a real extravagance to us and we used it every day and loved sitting around it at night when it was lit up. We are considering returning to this villa again.

The villa was lovely. Definitely a perfect villa for a relaxed holiday. The villa had everything we needed and the bonus is that is too close to the beach, just 200 meters. The pool was lovely and plenty big enough for us all to have fun! The owner visited us on the day after arrival to check that we had everything we needed and kept in contact throughout the holiday including a visit the day before we departed. I hope we will come back very soon.

Basic accommodation

A very tired house, furniture needs updated, very dark inside and A/C noisy and did not work in all rooms, had to get villa manager to send cleaners to clean around the pool and clean the sun beds, when you walk into your holiday accommodation you want to say woo hoo instead I said is this it ! disappointed, shower’s small and outdated, en-suite with a sliding door is a no no , just one key for the property that’s difficult, it is handy for beach , shops and restaurants but even with these amenities we would never return.

Gute Lage und entspricht genau den Bildern

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Schönes Haus mit tollem Pool. Ausreichend Platz für vier Personen, wenn wir auch nur zu zweit waren. Anang Mai waren nur wenige Touristen auf Menorca, daher zentral aber ruhig gelegen. Frühstück im Turm mit Blick aufs Meer! Leider baute der Nachbar gerade ein Zimmer an, dadurch war Tagsüber etwas Baustellenlärm zu hören. Ansonsten sehr empfehlenswert.

Really wonderful time and would highly recommend Agni Travel for excellent service. Very relaxing property and neighborhood. It is a 5-10 min walk to almost everywhere, particularly to the beach and near to exceptional tavernas where great seafood and caters are served. We found the people of Punta Prima very friendly and the local food tasty. We also liked their local wines, you have to try them while you are there. Do not hesitate to book this place and villa. Would highly recommend it to everybody.

The villa was everything we were expecting and more due to the detailed description on the website and sent directions description. Thank you for assisting us. The location is great. Such a delight to sit and have breakfast in the mornings or a glass of wine in the evenings. We found the property to be close to almost everything: beach, tavernas, bars, shops, etc. Enjoyed each and every moment at the local beach. Nice romantic sunsets with a glass of wine at the tavernas there.Would recommend. We are returning back next year.
