Location
 
The new and modern apartment on the first floor of a three-storey building has a children’s playing area in the vicinity and is surrounded by green space. The balcony offers splendid views of the region that is dominated by mountain ranges. There is a restaurant and a few supermarkets within walking distance from here. The house is located in the town of Riva del Garda, about 4 kilometers from its center. Here, guests should visit the 16th century stone tower called Torre Apponale on the main square. The top of the tower offers breathtaking views of the town and the lake that can’t be missed. For other viewpoints, an easy hike up Monte Oro that leads to the ruins of Bastions or the three-hour loop trail on Monte Brione can be undertaken. And an even better way of enjoying the spectacular views of the lake and the city is to take the new panoramic lift that connects Riva with Bastion.

But the most interesting part of the town remains Lake Garda. The promenade is perfect for taking a stroll while the beaches are ideal for swimming in the lake. Here, guests can also enjoy a number of adventure sports like sailing, windsurfing and kitesurfing. A great place to explore more adrenaline-fuelled activities is Arco which is located only 13 minutes’ drive from the apartment. Besides being an international hotspot for climbing, the town is a heaven for cyclists, hikers, water sports lovers and more.
