Located in the district of Tignale Olzano Apartment Olzano welcomes its holiday guests with a beautiful view of the lake. The approximately 85 m², friendly and comfortably furnished apartment offers a spacious living room with a sofa and a double sofa bed. At the far end of the living room, a kitchenette with stove, microwave oven, coffee machine, fridge freezer and plenty of dishes is integrated. The apartment has two Olzano bedrooms with double beds, a shower room and a utility room with washing machine. There is central heating is available.

From the living room with satellite TV you get to the sunny terrace with electric awning, garden furniture and beautiful views of Lake Garda. This is an ideal place to relax and unwind. Dress A staircase leads from here down to the enclosed private garden over which not only the dog owner will be happy. Garden furniture are also available there. A back door spares guests with dogs to walk through the village. The owner uses a space below the terrace, access to which is separated from the garden. Free entry SWIMMING POOL

The swimming pool is located in Prabione, 2 km from Gardola, near the Nature Park Museum.
You can bar service, football and find tennis courts. There are also facing a large parking lot.

The pool is now every day (01. 06 - 31. 08. 2016) open from 9 30 to 19 midnight

Shuttle bus service free with 'TIGNALE CARD' for driving without auto !!

The holiday guests can park their car conveniently on your own parking space in front of the property. In about 5 minutes you will reach Gardola, the main town of Tignale. There you will find all the necessary shops, many restaurants and pizzerias, a doctor, pharmacy, post office and the bank (EC-Machine). In addition, there is here, in Via Castello 16, which is operated by the landlord Albergo Castello Restaurant where you can eat in a very nice terrace overlooking the lake.
It is also possible the 'Tignale Card' at Albergo Castello get.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet sie bietet gut Platz für Personen. Es sind 2 Doppelbetten vorhanden. Im Wohnzimmer ist noch ein großes Schlafsofa. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, jedoch sollte man Spülsachen und Geschirrtücher selber mitbringen. In der Wohnung gibt es Wlan und Satelliten Fernsehen. Es gibt zudem noch eine schöne große Terrasse mit Markise. Für den Hund stehen 2 große Näpfe auf einer Hundebar :) Der Garten ist sehr hundefreundlich, komplett eingezäunt. Das Dorf ist in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar, dort findet man den Supermarkt, Bars, Restaurants, Cafés. Schön ist zudem ein großzügiger ebener Parkplatz auf dem auch mein Klein Bus Platz fand. Auch werden die Nebenkosten genau abgerechnet. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, sogar Handtücher und ein Bademantel lagen bereit. Das Bett war auch frisch bezogen. Der Gastgeber Paolo ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Jederzeit gerne wieder. Mein Hund und ich fühlten uns hier sehr wohl.

Unterkunft wunderschöne und ruhig, Ferienwohnung super ausgestattet! Alles in der Nähe. Lage auf Hochplateau über dem Gardasee mit tollem Ausblick...ca. 10 Minuten Serpentinen bis zum See. Tolle öffentliche Strände in der Nähe. Gastgeber Paolo ist wunderbar.

Gerne wieder

Ist eine Ferienwohnung, hat aber alle positiven Eigenschaften von einem Ferienhaus. Seperater Eingang, fast Niemand nebenan, ruhig, eigener kleiner Garten und große Terasse mit tollem Blick auf den See. Perfekt auch für unsere zwei Hunde.Die Lage hat uns sehr gefallen, es ist ruhig und trotzdem sind Geschäfte und Restaurants zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Schlüsselübergabe bei An- und Abreise hat perfekt funktioniert. Der Vermieter ist super hilfsbereit. Zum See muss man natürlich immer etwas fahren, das hat uns aber nicht gestört.100% Weiterempfehlung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Insgesamt sind wir mit dieser Ferienwohnung zufrieden gewesen.Wer Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sucht ist hier richtig.Man fährt vom Gardasee cca. 8Km eine Bergstraße hoch um nach Gatdola zu kommen.

Fewo mit fantastischem Ausblick

Die Fewo liegt etwas entfernt vom See aber sehr ruhig und mit diesem wundervollen Ausblick auf den See. Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet und Paolo ein sehr netter Vermieter. Wir werden wiederkommen!

Es waren wunderbare Tage in der sehr schönen Ferienwohnung. Die Terrasse mit dem wunderschönen Ausblick, die Nähe zum Dorf, die Wanderungen und die Tipps von Paolo waren super. Erholsamer Urlaub

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung von Paolo. In der Ferienwohnung war alles vorhanden, was man für einen guten Urlaub braucht. Sie ist sauber, gut ausgestattet und eingerichtet. Alle Mahlzeiten haben wir auf der Terrasse eingenommen und dabei den herrlichem Blick auf den Gardasee und dessen Umgebung genossen. Die Zeit verging viel zu schnell. Gerne wären wir noch länger geblieben. Paolo ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Urlaub in Olzano

Sehr schoene Lage und ein ganz Gemutliche saubere Wohnung. Ganz Optimal mit Hund da sowohl das Balkon als auch der Garten Geschlossen ist. Umgebung sehr toll da der Supermarkt 7 Tage geoffnet ist und das Zentrum und die Restaurants alles ganz na sind. Vermieter sehr freundlich.

Paolo der Vermieter war pünktlich zur Schlüsselübergabe da und hat sich viel Zeit genommen um das Objekt zu erklären. Alles war wie beschrieben vorhanden - sehr sauber und kpl. eingerichtet incl. Bettwäsche. Der neue Pelletofen im Wohnzimmer ist bei einem kühleren Abend eine gute Ergänzung zum Gesammten. Sehr Hundefreundlich und jederzeit zu empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder !!

Rundum zufrieden

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. In der Wohnung fehlte nichts super Ausstattung. Berlando ist ein sehr netter und aufmerksamer Vermieter. Hat uns auch gute Tipps gegeben was die Umgebung betrifft .Wir und unsere Hundedame Susi werden bestimmt wieder einmal unseren Urlaub bei Berlando verbringen. Vielen Dank noch mal für alles.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche bei Paolo in Tignale-Oldesio. Seine Ferienwohnung ist prima ausgestattet und hat eine super Lage mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf den Gardasee. Paolo ist sehr zuvorkommend und hat stets eine Lösung für alle Sorgen und Probleme rund um den Aufenthalt. Unser Tip: Paolo kocht hervorragend im Hotelrestaurant seines Bruders im Albergo Castello. Sehr gute italienische Küche abseits von Fast Food und Pizza. Einfach lecker! Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub, wir kommen sicher wieder!!
