The apartment comes with a parking spot in the car park too.

The owners have furnished the apartment with a wonderful array of art, interesting finds, comfy sofas and calming décor.

The apartment is located on the third and fourth floors of 'The Marina.' Please note as access to the apartment is reached via two flights of stairs, this property would not be suited to those with mobility issues.​

Large and modern, fully-equipped kitchen with a table and chairs. Fridge freezer, large gas hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer. Enjoy the beautiful views towards Betteshanger Park and the fantastic sunsets from this room.

Large, open plan room with large corner sofa, armchair, 50" TV and six seater dining table. This room overlooks the sea and has a door onto the south facing roof terrance with a table, chairs and loungers. The owners have created a wonderful feeling of relaxation with a choice of cosy seating areas, whether you wish to sit and read a book, watch TV or simply enjoy the breath-taking views!

A beautiful, spacious apartment with glorious views

A great location for exploring the Kent coast with easy, pleasant walks in either direction direct from the apartment. Nicely outside the centre of Deal but with easy walking access to the various nice restaurants, cafes and Astor Theatre. Easy access to several EV charging spots in town too.

A lovely short stay at Albion House

We had a lovely short stay at Albion House. It is lovely, well equipped apartment with a stunning views. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the terrace, taking in the view of the sea and the town.

Excellent property, would recommend

Enjoyed our stay at this property. Very spacious and well equipped. Real Christmas tree plus welcome goodies (mince pies and shortbread and granola) were a nice festive touch. Easy walk to the thriving town centre with lots of individual shops and restaurants. Enjoyed walks to Sandwich and Betteshanger Country Park. Agree with others, the many stairs could prove difficult for some, especially when carrying luggage. We would stay again.

This property is very well located and equipped. It does feel a bit like you’re in someone else’s home which might not suit everyone. The views are wonderful and property was very clean and comfortable. The morning of check out wasn’t as leisurely as we would have liked as you have to strip the beds, empty bins and leave by 10am.

Wonderful apartment

We had a fantastic week's holiday in this wonderful apartment with stunning views. The apartment was beautifully equipped and we had everything we needed. It was spotlessly clean, quiet and extremely comfortable. If we ever want to return to Deal we will certainly look to see if this apartment is available again. Please note, as others have said. If you have trouble with stairs this is not the place for you as you have to climb 2 long flights of stairs to reach the front door.

Lovely place to stay

You couldn't ask for a better view of the sea! We found this place lovely. It was definitely home from home. Everything was there that you needed. We have never stayed in a place where the kitchen had more equipment than my own home - I really didn't need to take my own sharp knives or scissors!! The property is very spacious and well suited for 4 adults (2 couples). It was lovely to be able to hear the sea at all times and sitting on the balcony for that first coffee in the and morning watching the sun rise, you just can't beat it. I would definitely recommend this place to stay. You are not far from the shops, pubs or restaurants. We will definitely book this place again when we are next down.

A Gem in Deal

This property is excellent value for money. The location is very convenient for the town and the many places to eat and parking is not a problem. The only drawback is the the number of stairs but it is worth the effort. The flat is equipped with everything needed for a great holiday even a wine fridge (perhaps with the the addition of a tray in the kitchen?) and is furnished with style. Highly recommended.

Grand apartment

Albion House provides excellent accommodation for two couples, very spacious, warm and comfortable with unrestricted sea views and a terrace. The apartment is on the upper floors of a grand property right on the sea front and within walking distance of all that Deal offers. We would thoroughly recommend but the stairs may be a problem for some.

Every thing you want is here for a carefree holiday Only One thing to comment on is lack of blinds in the front room the room is a sun trap in the morning but very blinding But overall can’t fault it at all

A Stunning Property

My wife and I have just returned from a short break at this property and did not really expect the reality to match the idyll shown online. I was wrong, it was a stunning apartment. It was exceptionally clean, very well appopinted andwas in a wonderful location on the seafront. I deducted 1 mark from 'condition' because one of the chairs is worn through on the arms but even that felt mean as it didn't really detract from the stay. I highly recommend this property EXCEPT for those that may have mobility issues, there are quite a few stairs to go up before entering the apartment (and then a few more once you're in). Well worth the effort though!

Easter break in Deal

While we arrived to find scaffolders and painters working on the outside of the property (information we had not been made aware of in advance) our correspondence with Amy at Keepers cottages gave us the timely information we needed and this didn’t spoil our sea views from either floor, or impact our stay. A perfectly appointed property and beautifully furnished to a very high standard. We even got to sit out on the terrace which I am sure would be awesome in high summer. Our friends that joined us often visit the Deal area and were impressed with the property itself and also others on the books of keepers cottages.

A beach front gem with period style

The 4th floor flat was well appointed with large comfortable rooms. The elevated views south, west and north were expansive and a spectacular feature of the property. The patio is a great asset for fine days. Parking was adequate, it could be a challenge for a larger vehicle. As a 4th floor unit there are several flights of stairs to reach it and one in the suite itself - it could be an issue for certain individuals. Apart from a not working bathroom extractor fan functionality in the flat was good and the supplies covered all the important needs. All in all a unique and comfortable holiday home.

An elegant apartment with stunning sea views

This is the second time we have stayed at Albion House and we have already booked for next year. The apartment is a haven of peace and yet just 10 minutes walk into town. All you can see from the living room and main bedroom is sea and sky. The roof terrace is perfect for eating outside or just lounging. Beds, linen and towels are excellent, as are the two bathrooms. We enjoyed the books and beautiful objects from around the world which create a serene atmosphere.. When we had an issue with the way the property had been prepared, the agent dealt with it in a prompt and friendly way. If I had a suggestion it would be to upgrade the crockery which seems rather basic for what otherwise is a luxury apartment. But all in all, Albion House is an exceptional property and we look forward to returning.

Excellent overall

In general, I would rate the flat as excellent. The location was ideal, very near to the town centre, and the highlight was the outdoor seating area with the fantastic sea view. The flat interior is very spacious and elegantly decorated (although the Buddhism theme may not be to everyone's taste), and it's very well equipped with cutlery, appliances etc. The showers in the two bathrooms are of luxury standard, and the downstairs toilet was very useful. The mini library full of novels etc. is a nice touch. My main complaint is that the tap in one bathroom didn't work properly: the water was sometimes cold and only flowed as a trickle. Also, we couldn't get BBC1 on the TV due to interference, and the two standard lamps in the flat didn't work.

And more space. Well appointed and soft muted decor. Yes there are quite a number of stairs to the property and some stairs internally but the climb is worth it. Outside the town centre of Deal but is walkable either along the promenade or along Sandown Rd.

A very good apartment in a lovely position.

Overlooks the sea, lovely outdoor space and good parking. Well equipped kitchen. Convenient for beach and town centre. Only downside : number of stairs, you need to be fit! Would be very happy to return here.
