The village of Assos lies amidst the awe-inspiring cliffs of Kefalonia's west coast. In ancient times, it served as a remote outpost accessible only by a steep mule trail winding up the hillside. Today, that same trail begins just behind the village, and a brief walk unveils one of the most spectacular views in western Greece, along with mesmerizing sunsets.

Completely perfect in every respect

The views from the terrace of both Assos Village and the Mediterranean were breathtakingly beautiful. The pool was clean and clear. Assos is charming - covered in flowers and trees with pastel coloured houses. It is a short walk from the villa to the village. Christos, who manages the.property was extremely helpful and accommodating and never intrusive.
