Welcome to your holiday villa in Albufeira, just a short walk from the charming Ólhos de Água beach!



This cosy 4‑bedroom home is a great choice for families or friends who want to be near the sea while enjoying their own private pool, garden and relaxing outdoor spaces. Picture yourself strolling down to the beach in the morning, cooling off in the pool in the afternoon, and ending the day with a BBQ dinner in the garden.



Step inside to four comfortable, air‑conditioned bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, giving everyone privacy and an easy start to the day. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms with twin beds, both with bathrooms with bathtub. Upstairs, you’ll find a third bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom with shower, plus a double bedroom with bathroom with bathtub; the first‑floor rooms share a terrace overlooking the garden. There’s also a handy guest bathroom on the ground floor.



The independent kitchen is compact and practical, equipped with hob, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge so you can prepare anything from simple snacks to relaxed family meals. The living room offers a small sofa and TV, and just alongside is the dining room where everyone can eat together. A few steps down, a Moorish‑style area creates a cosy corner to sit, chat and unwind after a day at the beach.



Outside, the private swimming pool is surrounded by a paved area with plenty of space to relax, sunbathe or watch the kids play. A side lawn area leads to the BBQ, creating a pleasant corner for long al fresco lunches or easy evening grills. There is also a ping‑pong table and darts, ideal for lively afternoons with the kids or friends.

Fantastic Villa in perfect location

The villa is a perfect place to stay for a family or group of friends. Whether relaxing by the pool or in the large inside areas it's the perfect base for a lovely holiday. All the rooms are en suite and the kitchen is well equipped.

Very response, very helpful for the issues we did have. Great extra with the table tennis, but disappointing with the squashed basketball hoop. The pool got very deep very quick- so wouldn’t be ideal for kids wanting to play- but great for jumping! The Villa neighbours a place which had a vasts amount of motorbikes! Some up keep needed with pool tiles and doors, as well as the sun loungers. Easy walk to 2 beaches, shops, 2 supermarkets and a few restaurants. The coal BBQ was great to use, however additional BBQ tools would help. Well equipped kitchen and large uniting area.

The management company were great, especially the lady who checked us in. The villa was spacious, well equipped and clean. Great location to walk to beach shops and restaurants. The two negatives for me: The double bed was broken and extremely uncomfortable, we were in pain after 5 nights and so tired from lack of sleep. The photos of the pool make it look much bigger, it’s actually quite small when you see it

Nice villa, close to the sea

The villa is large and overall, well equipped. Several very nice beaches are at a walking distance (10-15 minutes), so are a few restaurants. We enjoyed the little garden and the barbecue. The swimming pool is a plus (although we couldn't enjoy it during the winter). We played ping pong instead :) Several mattresses are to be changed asap (especially the one in the room with the "green bathroom" at the 1st floor, very (very) uncomfortable). Some kitchenware items are to be replaced too (especially pots and pans). We also had several power cuts throughout our stay. The agency was very responsive, although it took several days to get the issue fixed. The extra services (ping-pong/trampoline) are very appreciated, although very expensive.

Prima voor vriendenvakantie!

Mooie villa met elke kamer een eigen badkamer! Alles netjes schoon. Dichtbij de supermarkt. Het zwembad was alleen niet heel schoon, veel van ons hadden erg last van onze keel na de vakantie. Het water van het zwembad was niet echt helder.. En het is precies naast het propperhuis van de clubs van unlimited albufeira… Ze stonden dus gelijk bij ons in de villa, erg vervelend. Verder echt een super vakantie met fijne communicatie met de eigenaar.

Property spacious and as described. Pool freezing,many power cuts in villa spoiled holiday.going to bed in the dark not good for frightened child or safe for elderly. Noisy car garage next door,no safe as described,had to ask for hairdryers,airers broken,umberella didnt fit in base. Beds not comfortable and noisy. Unable to use half of facilities as power cuts constantly,eg washer,dishwasher,management said use one thing at time . Hard with 7 people to do,couldn'teat breakfast ,lunch most days or get cup of coffee in morning. off for almost 24 hrs one time,food in fridge ruined and then electricians in and out. Unable to set alarm in evening in case power cut made it go off or when power out so unsafe with no safe either

Séjour agréable

Maison très fonctionnelle, très bien située, à proximité de toute commodité. Dommage pas de Clim dans la pièce principale, mais présente dans toutes les chambres. La piscine est traitée au sel, c'est bien de le préciser, mais pas dérangeant personnellement . Il y a tout de même du vis à vis avec les villas voisines. Mais dans l’ensemble nous avons passé un agréable séjour.
