The Casa nel vicolo is located in the center of the village of Amelia, in an enchanted alley where you will be woken up by the singing of birds. In the "house in the alley" you can fully enjoy the tranquility, despite being a few steps from bars, restaurants, car parks and all the tourist attractions of Amelia.
The house is on two floors: on the ground floor a large living area, embellished with a load-bearing arch typical of the area, with fireplace, kitchen and sofa; on the first floor a spacious double bedroom and a single room also excellent as a study for those who are smart working. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine.
It is possible to enjoy the outdoor space, with table and chairs.
Naturally cool in summer thanks to walls more than a meter thick, it warms up quickly in winter. Fiber optic Wi-Fi, microwave oven, fridge, stove, smart TV and washing machine make the house perfect even for long stays.
