Cozy country house with private pool, located on a hill overlooking the small village of Finocchieto. In addition to the pool, the vacation accommodation offers a large outdoor area with stone barbecue and a terrace for your outdoor meals. Private parking on the street next to the property; Fly screens on all windows, access to the accommodation via a narrow road with steps; The spiral staircase connecting the first floor to the 1st floor is not suitable for children under 3 years. Due to its location in southern Umbria and on the border with the Lazio region, this vacation property is an ideal starting point for interesting excursions both north to Lake Piediluco (28 km) and Spoleto (44 km), or south to Rome (91 km) and the sea of Tarquinia. Distances: Narni 18 km, the beautiful Marmore waterfall 21 km, charming Assisi 88 km, Tarquinia 105 km.
