EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT Subject to availability and extra cost, check in can be brought forward to 2:00 PM and check-out extended to 12:00 PM. If this is requested, please advise us as soon as possible so that we have time to reschedule housekeeping. Payment in advance will be required via bank transfer or credit/debit card.
IMPORTANT Our properties are protected by TRUVI, the digital trust platform that enables hosts, operators and guests to confidently transact in the short-term rentals space. Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted by Truvi directly to verify yourself. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in. To access the lobby, use the keypad at the main front entrance and input the given code. From there, take the lift up to the third floor. You'll spot the front door key for Apartment 16 in the key box near the entrance along with the code provided.
Once you have the keys and opened the front door, please close the box, scramble the numbers and close the flap. Please keep hold of the key for the duration of your stay. At the end of your stay, put the keys back in the safe box.

The apartment was clean & tidy, great location, it had most things we needed however there was no hairdryer.
The top lock on the apartment door needs to be fixed it's not secure at all although there is atill a lock to use.
The entrance lobby/stairs has a really damp smell about it, it's quite offputting & dreary, could do with a good freshen up. Just first impressions are not good but we would stay again & recommend.
