Villa Anita is located on a plot with a total area of 2000 m2, completely surrounded by a wall, with parking spaces in the shade for guests, and a beautiful green garden, orchard and landscaped lawn. In the common yard of Villa Anita there is one swimming pool (24 m2) for shared use, as well as sun loungers and a summer kitchen with a table for 8 people, a barbecue, and table tennis for guests' recreation.
