In the heart of Champs Elysees, Welcome to your new Paris apartment!

Located in a historic street of Paris, in an 18th century building, you are a few steps away from the main monuments of Paris.

Within a 10-minute walk you can visit the Champs-Élysées, the Tuileries Garden and the Louvre Museum, Place de la Concorde, Faubourg Saint-Honoré... or you can simply walk to the Seine and discover its banks.

The Space:
Important: The studio has only one small window next to the apartment door. There is no natural light entering the studio.

The duplex apartment was designed by a Parisian architect. It mixes contemporary French Design and historic atmosphere. The apartment includes :
- 1 Living room
- 1 Dining area with a bar and 6 stools
- 1 Fully-equipped Kitchen
- 1 Bathroom with a toilet

The sleeping arrangement is organized as follows :
Bedroom with mezzanine - double bed (1m/3ft high and no window)
Living room : convertible sofa into a bed for two people

The apartment is ideal for 2 people, and can accommodate up to 4 people.

The apartment is equipped with:
TV, high speed Wifi
a washer dryer, a hair dryer
a Nespresso coffee machine, a water boiler, a toaster
a fridge, induction cooking plates, a microwave, pans and other cooking wares
a baby bed if needed

Guest Access:
Security: the building is quiet and secure with a coded door on the street. You can access the apartment through the door on your left. We accept very late arrivals. The area is very lively with many restaurants, luxury and boutique hotels, cafes, bakeries, supermarkets.

The Neighborhood:
Restaurants, Museums, Palace, Galleries, Cafes, Shops, Bars ... the apartment is located in one of the most lively districts of Paris. Everything will be at hand in order for you to fully appreciate the Parisian life. All the most famous monuments of Paris are at walking distance. You will live only 2 minutes by walk from the Presidential Palace, the Bristol Palace as well as the famous street of the Faubourg St-Honoré with all its luxury designer houses such as Hermès, Chanel and Saint Laurent.

Getting Around:
6 minutes by walk: Metro station : Franklin Roosevelt, Lines 1, 9
4 minutes by walk: Metro station: Saint-Philippe du Roule, Line 9
To come from the airport CDG or ORY take the RER B to the Châtelet Les Halles station, then you can walk about 15 minutes or take a Parisian taxi to go to the apartment.

Other Things to Note:
Check-in / Arrival : from 4pm => From 2pm you can leave your luggage in the apartment. The apartment is being cleaned by our housekeeping team from 11am to 4pm. The apartment will be fully ready at 4pm. If you arrive early in Paris, we can indicate you a paid locker service next to the apartment. Check-out / Departure : until 11am.

- Taking care of the apartment
The apartment has been carefully designed to offer you a haven of peace in the heart of Paris. You are expected to take care of it and return it in the same condition.
Upon your arrival, please report any problem immediately to our teams so that so that we can offer you the best solutions. We recommend you to take photos to identify any potential damage.
After departure, the apartment will be inspected by our teams, and if no damage is identified, the security deposit will be released.

- Respecting the House Rules
Non-smoking zone: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment or within the building premises.
No outside people: Only people whose identity documents have been provided are granted access the apartment.
No parties: Out of respect for our neighbors, we strictly prohibit parties or gatherings that may disturb the peace and tranquility of the community. Additionally, you are asked to respect quiet hours, between 9pm and 8am.
No events or professional photo shoots: The apartment is intended for residential purposes only. Hosting events or gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy of the apartment is strictly prohibited. Likewise, professional photo and video shootings are not authorized within our premises.

In the event of non-compliance with one or more of these rules during your stay, we will be forced to terminate your stay in the apartment, and the security deposit will be kept.

Additionally, please note that:
In the event of loss of apartment keys, €170 will be charged.
Cleaning is carried out only before each arrival and after each departure.

In order to guarantee compliance with these rules:
- You will be asked for photos of the identity documents of the people staying on site
- A separate deposit of 1000 Euros on Swikly will be made and sent to you and needs to be validated at least 48 hours prior your arrival
