Located in a historic building, the apartment was fully redesigned to offer contemporary comfort to its guests, blending antique and modern design. It is just a few minutes by foot from the Louvre Museum and the lively Marais neighborhood. This apartment features typically Parisian herringbone wooden flooring. Its colorful decor, enhanced by a palette of green and black-and-white tones gives it a welcoming feel. It is the ideal place to explore Paris!

The building was constructed in 1885 by an aristocratic French family.

- Living room convertible into a bedroom: 1 sofa bed for two people

The apartment is ideal for 4 people and can accommodate up to 6 people.

Accès des voyageurs
Easy access : before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access to the apartment as well as a video to guide you through your check-in.

To get the keys of the apartment:
- You will have to collect the keys in a secure box with a code inside the building
- The code will be given to you before your arrival
- The door to your apartment is on the second floor (elevator)

This apartment is accessible by elevator. However, please note that it is a small one (suitable for one person with one suitcase maximum).
Autres remarques
You are expected to take care of the apartment and return it in the same condition. Additional cleaning or repair fees may be applied in the event of non-compliance with our house rules.

House Rules
- No parties. To respect neighbors, parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours: 9 p.m. - 8 a.m. No music
- Non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or building
- Registered guests only. Only those who have provided ID are allowed access
- No events or professional shoots. The apartment is for residential use only

Additionally, please note that:
- Identity documents of all adults are required
- Lost keys incur a €170 replacement fee
- Cleaning is done before arrival and after departure
