Summary:
The apartment is located in one of the oldest and iconic neighborhood of Paris, which is often refered to as the "Latin Quarter". Welcome to your new Parisian home! A luxury and comfortable home, where you can rest after a long day discovering Paris. The apartment is on Rue des Boulangers, which is named after the numerous bakeries that once lined its streets. Tracing its roots through the centuries, this area has witnessed significant historical events and architectural developments. The Latin Quarter in Paris has a rich Roman heritage that contributes to its historical significance and cultural identity.

The Space:
The apartment has:
- 1 Living room with 1 sofa bed
- 1 Fully equipped kitchen
- 1 Dining area with a table and 4 seats
- Bedroom 1 with one King bed
- Bedroom 2 with one Double bed
- 1 separate bathroom with bathtub
- 1 separate bathroom with shower
- 1 Separate WC

The apartment is comfortable for 4 people and a maximum of 6 people.

The sleeping arrangement is organized as follow, all bed and bath linen being provided:
Bedroom 1 with a 5***** king bed high comfort mattresses
Bedroom 2 with a 5***** double bed high comfort mattresses

Living room : 2 people high-comfort sofa bed

The apartment is equipped with:
TV, high speed Wifi
a washer dryer, a hair dryer, a dishwasher
a nespresso coffee machine, a water boiler, a toaster
a fridge, an induction plate, a microwave, pans and other cooking wares
a baby bed if needed

Guest Access:
Warning: It is very important to respect the common areas, please make sure to be quiet when you are heading out/going into the building.

Easy access : before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access of the apartment.

- You will find the keys of the apartment inside the Masterlock next to your apartment.
- The door to your apartment is on the ground floor
- We will send you the code of the Masterlock before your arrival.
- Please take some time to carefully read the rules of the apartment that we have placed on the table of the kitchen

Since we are not on site, please take into account our travel time, in case of last minute booking. Example: reservation at 5pm for the day D, arrival at 7pm on the spot.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood surrounding our apartment is a sanctuary of sophistication, where history seamlessly intertwines with contemporary allure. It is a place steeped in history from where you can discover Paris, enjoy a cup of coffee or simply taste one of the French restaurants a few meters from your Parisian home. As you wander through this neighborhood, the palpable sense of history reverberates through the cobbled streets. The iconic silhouette of Notre-Dame de Paris, adorned with its sentinel gargoyles, dominates the skyline just a few steps away from your apartment. Art and culture thrive in this luxurious district. Exclusive galleries showcase masterpieces, and theaters host performances that elevate the cultural experience to new heights. Exclusive boutiques and high-end fashion studios can be found throughout the area.
The neighborhood is very safe with Notre Dame and The Panthéon only a few hundred meters away from the apartment. The Panthéon, a neoclassical mausoleum originally built as a church, is a key landmark that honors notable French figures such as Alexandre Dumas, Marie Curie and Victor Hugo.

Getting Around:
Nearest Metro Station :
- Station Cardinal Lemoine : 2 minutes : Line 10
- Station Jussieu : 2 minutes : Line 7 & 10
- 45 minutes to CDG : Line 10 and then RER B
- 35minutes by Taxi to Orly Airport

Other Things to Note:
Check-in / Arrival : from 4pm => From 2pm you can leave your luggages in the apartment. The cleaning lady comes to clean the apartment between 11am and 4pm. The apartment will be fully ready at 4pm. If you arrive early in Paris, we can indicate you a paid locker service next to the apartment.

Check-out / Departure : until 11am

We do not serve breakfast.
Cleaning is done before each arrival and after each departure only.

We are in a heritage building with sensitive neighbors. Please be careful during your stay to the house rules :
- no smoking in the apartment or in the building's courtyard
- no drugs
- no parties
- no music
- no persons other than those who have registered their identity cards
- no noise in the common areas of the building
- no animals
- no professional photo or video shoots

If one of the above house rules is not respected:
- A penalty of the full amount of the deposit will be charged
- The reservation will be cancelled as soon as the infraction is noticed and you will no longer be able to stay in the apartment

In order to guarantee compliance with these rules:
- You will be asked for photos of the identity documents of the people staying on site
- A separate deposit of 4000 Euros on Swikly will be made and sent to you and needs to be validated at least 48hours prior your arrival.

Finally, if the apartment keys are lost, € 170 will be charged.
These rules allow us to assure you a quality stay in Paris.
