Villa Meri Star: new opening and very close to the beach

New opening in 2021: spend your relaxing holiday in the newly built residence "Villa Meri" on beautiful Lake Garda. Our 8 apartments impress with modern equipment. The property is almost directly on the beach in Manerba del Garda and is located in a quiet side street: ideal for your holiday on Lake Garda.



The outward appearance of the Italian-style residence with pool already promises a relaxing stay in a charming ambience.

The 4 apartments type Star are on the top floor of the house and offer enough space for up to 4 people. The two separate bedrooms each have a comfortable double bed. Bed linen, ready made, is included in the price for the number of people booked. The fully equipped kitchen leaves no limits to creativity when cooking.

The apartment has a covered private balcony: here the holiday guests can start the day relaxed with a cup of coffee or an espresso made with the Nespresso coffe machine, and spend the evening with a glass of red wine, garden furniture is available.

The entire garden area around the complex can be used jointly by all guests, garden furniture is available for your use and there is a pool to cool off on hot days, and there is also a barbecue area.



Each apartment has a parking space in the underground car park and 4 shared washing machines in the house are available to all guests free of charge.

It is strictly forbidden to charge the electric car with the house electricity.



Small dogs are allowed in the Star apartments on the first floor, they are not allowed in the garden or in the swimming pool.



Your holiday resort of Manerba del Garda impresses with its unmistakable elegance, vibrant life in the summer months, but also peace and seclusion outside of these times. The accommodation is also an excellent starting point to visit the beautiful art cities of Northern Italy.

Sehr zufrieden!

Es war sehr schön. Leider war der Baulärm gegenüber ein wenig störend und an einem Wochenende war nebenan eine Motorradgruppe, die für reichlich Lärm gesorgt hat. Aber dies sind leider Dinge, auf die Sie als Vermieter ja auch keinen Einfluss haben. Kein Verbesserungsvorschlag. Nur noch ein Lob an den Service. Das Büro war jederzeit und immer schnell erreichbar und hat nach Lösungen gesucht. Das war sehr toll. Vielen Dank

Wunderbarer Urlaub - tolles Domizil

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub, der eigene Pool ist super und das Schmuckstück der Anlage. Die Wohnung (Star Nr. 5) war gut, allerdings nicht so gut gereinigt (obwohl ja 125 Euro für Endreinigugn berechnet werden). Wir mussten erstmal selber kehren, man hat sich wenigstens entschuldigt. Auch fehlt es an einem guten Besen und Eimer. Besteck und Kochgeschirr könnte auch gerne ein bisschen üppiger sein. Aber es tat. Tiefgarage ist eigentlich nur für Motorräder und Kleinwägen zu verwenden, unser Passat hat nicht reingepasst (zu eng).

So wünscht man sich eine Fewo Bei der Beschreibung der Einrichtung (kaffemaschine) den Hersteller nennen, dann kann man die richtigen Kapseln gleich mitbringen. Ev. Wasserkocher

Toller Urlaub in einer sehr schönen Unterkunft

wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen in einer der oberen Wohnungen untergebracht. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte im ca. 3 km entfernten Büro, völlig unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hat alles zu bieten, was man für den Urlaub braucht, lediglich das Bad ist etwas zu klein geraten. Tolle Lage, ca. 300 m bis zum Gardasee. Wir waren super zufrieden. Momentan fällt uns nichts ein, was es zu verbessern gäbe.

Eine Woche Villa Meri

Die Wohnung Nr. 5 ist gut und geschmackvoll ausgestattet ! Die Anlage und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt. Der Service war sehr gut! Bei Fragen bekamen wir immer schnelle Antwort und Hilfe! Der Tiefgaragenstellplatz Nr. 5 ist leider sehr klein. Es war gut, dass wir nicht unseren GT dabei hatten sondern nur den X1! Also nur für Kleinwagen zu empfehlen oder es sind sehr gute !!! Rangierkünste erforderlich!!!!
