Roberta and her team were amazing! Excellent and timely communication. When we experienced a problem that was outside their control they immediately helped us move to another apartment that they had, and let us stay for the remainder of our time. The new apartment was wonderful, we watched the sunset from the balcony. Their customer service was outstanding.

L'appartamento si trova in una posizione ottimale, a 5 minuti a piedi da piazza Duomo.A 200 metri c'è un supermercato e un panificio con i migliori arancini di Siracusa (provare per credere).Svoltando l'angolo vi troverete direttamente sul mare, in estate deve essere magnifico sicuramente. L'appartamento si trova nel quartiero ebraico dove è possibile visitare due bagni ebraici, uno nella stessa strada e uno nella chiesa di San Filippo.Molto suggestivi entrambi.Consiglio anche di assistere allo spettacolo dei pupi nello stesso quartiere. L'appartamento era curato e pulito.La cucina completa di tutto.Avevamo a disposizione anche la lavatrice e due biciclette.La proprietaria molto disponibile.Ho trascorso un bellissimo week-end, mi sento di consigliare veramente Ortigia per chi non l'ha mai visitata e in particolare questo alloggio per la posizione, la comodità e la gentilezza della proprietaria.Ci ritornerò sicuramente in estate.

Fantastische week. Jammer dat appartement geen uitzicht had, ondanks de plaatjes in de advertentie. Soms last van lokale jongeren vroeg in de ochtend in de straat, maar voor de rest super en super host!

Super Lage, liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet

Alles bestens - bei der Erdgeschoß-Wohnung muss halt klar sein, dass man das Schlafzimmer direkt zur Straße hat (Fußgänger-Zone, also keine Autos), und die Terrasse nur ein kleiner Innenhof ist. Aber sonst einfach toll: die ganze Altstadt in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, Wohnungsübernahme und auschecken total unkompliziert!

Man fühlt sich super wohl.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt toll in der Altstadt, nur einen Katzensprung vom Domplatz entfernt. Der Strand von Ortygia ist zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gepflegt und wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Ortygia. Die Angaben des Inserates waren korrekt, wir wurden gut betreut. Können wir nur weiterempfehlen!

Comfortable,clean apartment in a quite area

I loved staying at this apartment. It's so pretty (I felt like we were staying in a castle with the lovely arches and exposed stone) and has everything we needed. It did not feel damp like other reviews mentioned. We were welcomed by Roberta's mum who was very friendly and told us everything we needed to know. We also loved the location... It's close to a solarium, electric bus stop, has a little supermarket and bakery just around the corner, a lovely bar nearby. It's easy walking distance to all the main sights (or electric bus). We appreciated the bikes to discover the bikes path along the sea just out of Ortigia.I loved my time in Ortigia and wish I was staying longer.

Friendly host,clean and well decorated apartment

The apartement was really great. It is located directly in the center of the old town Ortigia. We loved walking through the small streets and dining every day somewhere else. We took breakfast in the small outside area from the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped and a Supermarkt is right around two corners (5min walk). Roberta, her brother Fabio and her mother are really nice people. We had trouble with our rental car (engine problems) and we needed to drive back to the airport to exchange the car. Therefore we arrived very late. Roberta helped us out of this situation arranging taxi pick up and late check in to the appartement. Thank you so much again for this help out of the booked services! We recommend this apartment for a stay in Ortigia
