Great country home

We enjoyed the lovely scenery and quiet country get away at this casa. Paula was very friendly and eager to make our stay enjoyable! It is a great location with easy access to a lovely trail.

A quiet place

The house is nice and has the necessary appliances. Very good if you want to spend a few very quiet days and access the Natural park. We missed lamps in two rooms.

Thank you for liking Casa do Rebelhe and what surrounds it. As for the lamp, which they resolved by moving it from another room, as they informed me at the end of the stay, it would have been resolved immediately if they had contacted me at the time.

Attractive little house in a lovely traditional village

The house was very clean and spacious, warm and comfortable, with a real log fire to complement the central heating. Our host Paula, a lovely lady, was an excellent host and very helpful, especially when Portugal was affected by a major power outage - she responded with torches, candles, warm soup, heating up a meal for us and a vacuum flask of hot water! We spent a fortnight exploring the Montesinho trails on foot and bike, and enjoyed it immensely. Rural northern Portugal at its best.

Fantastic place in a rural setting

Fantastic house in a small hamet, yet only a couple of km from a town with supermarkets ,shops etc There were walks straight from the hamlet. Our host supply us with lots of information and made sure we were comfortable. Thank you

Very pleasant saty with an excellent host

The house is really nice and comfortable. It is placed in a quiet village right in the middle of Montesinhos Park. Nature paths are available right from the house to hike or cycle, (other walking areas within a short drive) and it is really close to a bigger village with all the facilities (shops, tourist information, petrol station,...). It is a really nice wildlife area with plenty of rivers, fauna, flora, cozy villages and really kind people. The host (Maria) couldn't be nicer. She was available to welcome us and any time we asked about any subject on the area. She made sure we were comfortable and was kind enough to bring us local delicatessen every day of our stay: fruit, bread, fumeiros, wine... totally outstanding host, really. There is plenty of room in the house, which combines antique furniture with renewed bathrooms and kitchen, making it really pleasant for a stay. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen has all the gadgets you might need, including a large fridge. Overall, an excellent choice!

Een hele rustige verblijfplaats op een mooie lokatie in een rustig dorp.

Prima. Helaas te koud voor de tijd van het jaar, maar gelukkig was er ook een goede verwarming. Wat het verblijf zeker veraangenaamde. Mooi park waar we een mooie wandeling gemaakt hebben.

Perfekte Ausgangsbasis für Wanderungen

Schönes authentisches Haus in einem ruhigen kleinen Dorf. Perfekt, um die Region Tras-os-Montes zu erkunden. Liebevoll mit alten Möbeln eingerichtet. Die Doppelbetten sind zwar etwas kurz, ansonsten aber bequem. Paula ist eine sehr herzliche und aufmerksame Vermieterin, diskret aber trotzdem immer präsent - wir haben uns bei ihr sehr wohl gefühlt! Obrigada!
