This lovely penthouse apartment is located in the highly desired Cristian Sur complex, in central Los Cristianos: just a few steps from the nearest bars, restaurants, shopping facilities, and a 6-minute walk to the beach. The main bus station is also one block walk away (convenient for airport transfers or day trips to the north of Tenerife).

The apartment boasts very high ceilings, and a bright and sunny living room with a very comfortable recliner sofa (most UK terrestrial channels and Netflix/AmazonPrime/NowTV are available) and free wifi fibre internet connection (speed of 300Mbps). A/C is available in the bedroom.

The living room large panoramic windows lead to the terrace, with views of the communal pool and partial sea views: this a beautiful place to spend time enjoying the warm weather and have "al fresco" dinner. The kitchen is semi-separate to the main living space and it comes lined with all the usual amenities (including fridge/freezer, oven, hobs, microwave, toaster, washing machine etc.).

The bedroom offers a cosy and warm feel about it, with fully fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with shower. This is the perfect place to relax at the end of a day in the sunshine. A second "half" bathroom is available close to the living room area, and includes a toilet and vanity area. A foldable bed (that can be located in the living room) can be provided for a third guest.

Cristian Sur complex has two communal swimming pools, with the main one being heated. The complex is highly desired by residents and holidaymakers alike, as it offers bar, convenience store and supermarket facilities on site.

Lovely apartment. Spacious, clean and airy. Well equipped one thing missing a sweeping brush which would have been easier to use than the hoover. Well kept and clean resort nice pools. However you need to be quite fit as there are a lotof steps to the apartment and no lift.All in all we enjoyed ourstay in this apartment thankyou.

Chilled and sunny apartment with great wi-fi and services

I really enjoyed my time here, I had to do some remote work and internet was super fast. The heated pool and restaurant in the complex were excellent for a lazy afternoon, and location is only 5 minutes to the beach, so definitely a plus.

Had a GREAT stay at this condo! It was equipped with everything we needed. In a great location. Close to everything! Numerous bars and restaurants just feet away! Including a restaurant, bar and market right on site! So handy! Bus terminal right around the corner that can take you anywhere! Was perfect. Only downside was we were there in February and the sun comes to the balcony later in the day! But no control over that.

Lovely location

This is a really light airy apartment with everything you need. The rooms are spacious and really enjoyed sitting on the sunny balcony overlooking the pool. There are no lifts and apartment is on top floor so stairs may be a problem for anyone with mobility issues. Love the location with lots of bars and restaurants within easy reach.

Christmas time with family & friends staying on the complex

We actually were allowed to view it in July last year whilst we stayed at the Tenerife Sur across the road & we’re impressed as it fully met our needs. There were a few minor niggles during our stay but contact with the owner Paolo soon resolved these. I could go on for ever but the wi-fi for instance was very good, something we’ve found lacking in some of the apartments we’ve stayed in. Kitchen fully equipped, bathroom very nice with plenty of storage. The grounds were superb, carefully attended by the staff & the complex layout was very good with 2 sets of pools although the deeper pool was unheated. All-in-all, great holiday & would recommend the apartment & the complex to anyone. Sheila & Ray.

Amazing place!

Five stars! The apartment was spotless clean, the complex was great (we loved the heated pools and the downstairs bar) and the location is a 5 minutes walk to the beach (no hills!). We've never stayed in an apartment this bright and airy, and I think this is to do with the double-height ceilings in the living area, which are quite unique. We really liked the sunny balcony as it faces west (you get afternoon and evening sun), towards the sea and the swimming pool (good to keep an eye on our nieces!). The bedroom mattress was very comfortable, and the room overlooks an internal courtyard, so it was quiet at night. You can tell this is not a "bare-bone" rental apartment by the well-stocked kitchen and the attention to detail all around it. Paolo (the host) was very professional and helpful. We will definitely come back!

Clean,comfortable apartment with a sunny balcony just perfect

Paolo (the host) responded immediately to any of our concerns and was an excellent communicator, the detailed check in process he sent was clear and precise, very helpful and courteous.The apartment as well as the Cristian Sur complex were cleaned to a high standard including the pools and surrounding areas. The apartment had everything you need, comfortable bed and reclining sofa a smart tv, good internet service a spacious bathroom with walk in shower, but for me and the wife the sunny balcony was the best feature of the apartment having the sun from mid afternoon until sunset. The view was also very good with distant views of the sea, hills and pool below. My only gripe would be that the rooms got very hot in the evening and the ceiling and floor fans that were provided albeit helped relieve this somewhat were no comparison to aircon units. Unfortunately it seems not many apartments provide aircon in Tenerife to our surprise, even though it's very hot and high humidity, maybe it's the cost of installation and operating costs. The location is good , near to bus station, plenty of supermarkets in the locality and places to eat and drink. We had an amazing holiday and would definitely like to return, thank you Paolo.

Ok but few issues

We had a few issues mainly with the safe and being given wrong code to open, also surprised to see the safe code displayed on the apartment wall allowing any intruder access to the safe and I'm sure it would invalidate any insurance claim. Owner specifically tells you not to change the code. Sadly the owner was very slow to respond to our messages regarding this so we called the management company who did eventually sort it out albeit halfway into our holiday. TV is advertised as having Netflix (it is only Netflix enabled- you need your own log in/subscription) and main UK terrestrial channels ( it has no main channels like ITV/BBC only a few obscure channels showing old programmes like gameshows via Samsung TV). Bedroom blind pulley doesn’t work properly making it difficult to open/close. Also poor lighting in the bedroom and no plug sockets near the mirror. Towels left fluff/fibres everywhere including on yourself when using. There was a lack of clear instructions as to how things work, especially the oven, we had to google for help. Did not feel able to contact the owner due to his slow response and previous veiled threat of charges if we called the management company. On the plus side the apartment was clean and the balcony gets sun from early afternoon. Balcony furniture is also very comfortable. Apartment overlooks a nice pool area and the complex is clean. There is no lift and several flights of stairs. Approx 20 min walk to front. Bus station 5 min walk away.
