About Tess Koster
We are Rod and Tess Koster. We own Miramar by the Sea, Sunshine Cove, Sunshine Nook, Paradise Cove and Paradise Cove II in Fort Myers Beach, and this amazing lake home in Minnesota! During the summer we are in Minnesota to be close to our four children, their spouses and 7 grandchildren. We travel back and forth to Fort Myers. During the winter we are snowbirds and reside in Fort Myers Beach which we love also. The kids do come and visit. We have retired from the family car lot and have let our kids take over. Our new passion is property management. We have the 5 properties on Fort Myers Beach and this amazing lake home in Minnesota so if you want other options or if this properties calendar is full, please contact us anyway. Thanks! We so hope you enjoy your stay with us! Happy Memories!!!
Why Tess Koster chose Elysian
This mansion has no nails. The thistle wood frame is tongue and grooved and pegged. It is reclaimed lumber brought down from Canada for $500,000. The 36 foot fireplace took grandpa and his grandson the summer of 2000 to construct. The open staircase is breathtaking!
