If you are looking for a hasslefree, safe, easy and secure holiday rental apartment then CH Panorama Park Punta Prima should be your first choice. New to the market, this ground floor apartment has everything you need and is adaptable to your needs!

The apartment is located in the well known and sought after beachside complex of Panorama Park in Punta Prima (Torrevieja), just under 5 minutes walk to 2 blue flag sandy beaches (Playa Punta Prima & Cala Piteras), Restaurante Nautilus, Restaurante Punta Prima and much more. Panorama Park has 2 communal pools, 24hr security, underground parking and beautifully kept green areas.

The apartment itself is located on the ground floor (North Facing) overlooking the bottom communal pool, has a lovely outside terrace which comes in handy if you are travelling with children and want to keep a watchfull eye on them. Inside the property is comfortably furnished and has that welcoming feeling. It has centralised hot & cold air conditioning, the lounge has 2 leather sofas, LED TV, Sat TV, DVD Player, Internet Wifi, a dining table for 4. The size of the kitchen is deceiving as it really does have all the white goods and appliances one could wish for when renting a holiday home, boasting a dishwasher, washing machine, oven & hob, tall fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine.

When it comes to the bedrooms, both comes with built-in wardrobes and 2 comfortable single beds however don't worry if you are 2 couples as they have 2 180cm toppers which can convert the beds to 2 superkings!

The property will be supplied with linen & towels for each bed and guest, please note that this is additional fee and is not included in the departure clean. The cost is 15.00€ per guest and will be charged upon receiving confirmation of the total number of guests booked in.

ABOUT PUNTA PRIMA
Punta Prima is located south of Torrevieja, around a 45 minute drive from Alicante-Elche Airport and 25 minutes from Murcia-San Javier Airport. It is split into 2 parts, 1 half belonging to Torrevieja and the other to Orihuela Costa. In the Torrevieja side you will find the quaint Blue Flag Cala Piteras Beach, adjacent to a stone paved promenade where many people enjoy a morning jog, a bike ride or even an evening stroll. Around the beach area there is the well known Restaurante Nautilus which in season opens a large outside area for those long summer nights, a couple of Beach Bars that play live music from time to time (seasonal). Close by is the natural dunes of the Cala Ferris, although not a beach as such, but worth a visit. In addition there is a row of shops, banks, pharmacy, bars and restaurants heading towards the main N332 road and a local gym which includes a day spa (for those who wish to be pampered).

On the Orihuela Costa side is the larger Blue Flag Beach Playa Punta Prima, you can access the beach from the long and pleasant promenade which includes the completely refurbished and modern Restaurante Punta Prima, boasting facilities with capacity to host weddings, christenings etc.. Close by you can catch a game of Tennis or if you prefer shopping instead located across the main road is the Punta Marina shopping centre which includes the closest supermarket amongst various restaurants and cafeterias.

LOCAL TRANSPORT
Located within a 2 minute walk is a bus stop taking you to and from Torrevieja city centre every 30 minutes , there is also a separate bus stop located on the main N332 road which goes to Alicante or Cartagena (every 1.30 - 2 hours). A taxi rank can be found adjacent to the main road in front of the shops. If you prefer a much greener transport then there are a few bike hire companies which you can either collect or can be delivered to your doorstep. Car hire is not imperative but is advisable as there is much to see and do!

Nous avons apprécié la proximité de la piscine, la qualité de la connexion internet, le parking sous-terrain, la difficulté pour accéder à la plage. L'appartement est un peu sombre et aurait besoin d'un peu d'attention (mobilier vieillissant, odeur d'humidité à notre arrivée, manque d'équipement dans la cuisine...). Scott, le gestionnaire de l'agence, a été très réactif et à l'écoute de nos besoins : un grand merci à lui. Point négatif : les travaux de construction bruyants juste à côté de la résidence font qu'il est difficile de se détendre et profiter pleinement de la piscine; mais, ça, personne n'y peut rien!
