This penthouse apartment is located at Jardines de Montesolana a private resort in the Orihuela Coast close to La Zenia and Torrevieja, designed to delight the senses in the contemplation of nature, the sun and the sea, surrounded by a magnificent Japanese Heian Garden including warmed 'lake' pool for in the winter.

The apartment is furnished to very high standard and has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can sleep 4 people. It has a new modern kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, hob, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer. It has a large flat screen TV and free WiFi Internet.

The biggest feature of this apartment is the private roof terrace with its own pool, shower, chill out sofa, BBQ, covered dining area and views of the pool and gardens. The apartment also has a balcony from the lounge with chairs and table. This balcony also looks out over the community pool and gardens.



The complex of Jardines de Montesolana has a large grassed communal area with swimming pool and children's pool which is open all year, and a private parking space is also available at the apartment.



Just a few minutes walk from the apartment you will find many international restaurants from local Spanish Tapas to MacDonalds. The area is also served with medical centres, hospitals, supermarkets, pharmacies and banks.

Attractions close by include La Zenia Boulevard shopping and entertainment centre, Aquapolis Water Park, numerous Golf Courses and of course the beaches on the Mediterranean.



The rooftop private pool can be heated and the price is 25 euro per day, must be booked at least 3 days in advance

War nicht wie erhofft

HolaWie Bilder im Inserat trügen können. Nach den Bildern zu urteilen hätten wir in einem Luxuspenthouse wohnen sollen Nach unserer Ankunft waren wir erstmal bedient. Kaum etwas war so wie es beschrieben war. Die Möbel waren schon genauso alt, wie das Penthouse. Fleckige Stühle. Die Couch war total durchgesessen.Zum Highlight komme ich jetzt. Die Dachterrassemit Pool . Die schicken Terrassenmöbel waren in einem nicht so schönen Zustand. Schmuddelig und ebenfalls durchgesessen. Auf Anfrage wurden die dann abgezogen und gereinigt.Der allgemeine Zustand war auf keinen Fall 88 am Tag wert. Deshalb werden wir dieses Penthouse auch nicht mehr buchen

Prachtig appartement met veel luxe en privacy

Appartement maakt deel uit van een volledig complex met vakantieverblijven. Het eigen zwembad zorgt voor een surplus, bovenop de gedeelde zwembaden op het gelijkvloers. Weinig handdoeken per persoon maar door aanwezigheid van wasmachine en zelfs droogkast, is dit absoluut geen struikelblok. Ruime keuken met alles ruim op voorraad! 2 mooi ingerichte kamers met ruime kasten en elk een eigen badkamer. Strand/kust op slechts enkele kilometers afstand. Gigantisch winkelcentrum op wandelafstand. Zeker aan te raden qua verblijf.
