The whole La Tejita beach is in front of your eyes and You will have a beautiful ocean view from the bed. The apartment has Optical (Fibra) internet, free Wi-Fi, private parking, and two swimming pools in the new complex near La Tejita beach.
Complex La Tejita Residencial was built at the end of the year 2020, so everything is completely new.
The whole La Tejita beach is in front of your eyes and You will have a beautiful ocean view from the bed. The apartment has Optical (Fibra) internet, free Wi-Fi, private parking, and two swimming pools in the new complex near La Tejita beach.

La Tejita Residencial complex is located in one of the most beautiful parts of the south of the Tenerife, a few steps from the main entrance of the largest natural beach in Tenerife - La Tejita beach, over 1 km in length. The complex is completely new. Finished in 2020. A quiet place to spend time with your family.
A nice shopping center where local people prefer to spend evenings drinking a good coffee or mojito is just 3 minutes walk away.
Kitesurfing spot is just 2 minutes drive away and you can wash your kites on the sun terrace.
La Tejita is a perfect environment for practicing sports: Windsurfing, Kite surfing, Golf, Diving, Horses, Hiking, Cycling, etc.
The apartment is very close to the airport but far enough away not to be disturbed by aircraft noise.
