Situated in a small residential complex with swimming pool, Las Dunas 9 is an extremely pretty, semi-detached property with a honey-bee yellow and white façade, in a quiet setting on the sea front in El Medano.
The top floor is dedicated exclusively to two good sized bedrooms, each with built-in wardrobes, work stations, ceiling fans, french doors opening out onto a balcony and each with en-suite shower room. Enjoy a wonderful sunset while relaxing on comfortable reclining chairs from the balcony of the master bedroom which also enjoys ocean views.
Marble stairs lead downwards towards a cloak-room, lounge and kitchen.

I am a 50(...) something scot, who, after 16 years of holidaying in El Medano moved here permanently to live the peaceful life in the sun; 25 years later here I still am happy and proud to be able to offer a truly pretty , clean and comfortable home to others.
Why they chose this property
I love the laid back atmosphere of El Medano; it has managed to retain all it's charm from when I first came in 1983. El Medano is the favourite beach of the Tinerfeños, I suppose, not only because we have the largest natural sandy beach on the island, but also because it is majoritarily a spanish village
