Domus Sbirciò is located in the historic center of Modica, near Corso Umberto, the main street.
On the ground floor guests have access to a connecting room which includes the well, the patio and the living room. Inside the room we find the cave which gives a special charm to the whole environment.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with private bathrooms, as well as the kitchen furnished in a modern style, from which it is possible to reach the bright terrace and a small study-living room with library and TV.
Electricity included up to 100 kw per week, equal to 36 kw per day. The house has been completely renovated with the aim of maintaining its original soul and restoring the spaces that time had hidden, such as the cave discovered in the rooms adjacent to the patio. Modica stone, pitch stone, natural colours, have been the subject of expert work carried out exclusively by local artisans.
