Two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower and washing machine, lounge with TV dining and kitchen facilities, also a sofa bed for two children .. Large balcony overlooking the sea and the tower ciquecentesca Cabrera. Centrally located on the 4th floor with elevator just steps from both the beach and the center. Ideal for stays any season and as a base for excursions between nature and the most beautiful towns in southeastern Sicily's Baroque.

Appartamento ristrutturato e centrale sul mare

I proprietari sono persone molto cortesi e disponibili , l'appartamento è ristrutturato e in posizione ottimale sia per andare in spiaggia che per la vicinanza al centro per l'uscita serale . Ottimo il giudizio complessivo , lo consiglio .

Settimana fantastica!

Ho trascorso con quattro amici una settimana magnifica a Pozzallo. L'appartamento della signora Franca è bellissimo e nuovissimo, ben arieggiato (non abbiamo mai acceso l'aria condizionata) e non manca niente. Da ogni finestra si vede il mare e in un minuto si è in spiaggia. La bellezza del luogo e la gentilezza della signora Franca, che è stata molto disponibile per ogni nostra richiesta, ci hanno portati a prenotare un'altra settimana a Pozzallo a settembre 2015! Consiglio vivamente l'appartamento, non ve ne pentirete!

ECCELLENTE

1011276 Siamo stati tre settimane in questo bellissimo appartamento moderno, struttura nuovissima spaziosa dotata di tutti i confort, pulizia perfetta, molto luminoso e molto fresco infatti non abbiamo mai acceso l'aria condizionata, ha una bella vista sul mare. Posizionato vicinissimo al mare sabbioso e pulito e vicinissimo al centro di Pozzallo. Posizione comoda per visitare le maggiori località di interesse culturale ed artistico. La vacanza in Sicilia è stata davvero bella e contiamo di ritornarci per scoprire altre perle di questa bellissima terra. Un ringraziamento particolare a Franca e Renato per la disponibiltà e la gentilezza dimostrataci.

Appartamento praticamente nuovo e ben arredato fornito di tutti i comfort. La descrizione è perfettamente realistica, mare, spiaggia, servizi e centro del paese tutto davvero a un passo. Splendida la disponibilità di Franca per risolvere ogni nostra esigenza. Assoluamente da consigliare.
